They're scams and thieves

I ordered a watch through Blue Fakes. They made me give them a money order for COD after they called me and told me their computers would be down and they couldn't take my charge card. Then they gave me a cheap phony watch that I had paid $300 for. They will not return calls or email. They have two phony sites that give them good reviews. They need to be prosecuted because they are a total scam and steal your money. Do not purchase anything from them because they are not a legitimate business. Everything they say on their website is false. We need to put them out of business.

let's put it simple. both the seller and the buyer are engaged in an illegal activity. they are both (non equaly) responsible but nobody can complain. these folks (talking about the seller) are terminal individuals with extremely rich criminal records and most of them a fresh for jail, prison or other forms of "re-education". if you ask me, they should not be prossecuted but rather shut on site or helped to sleep with the "fishes" (espcially when doing the same thing again and again and again). the law on the other hand has a different apprach and most law enforcement officers have to obey the law. period.

so, you got what you've been looking for. i am sorry for you folks, but some lessons are hard to... learn.

best regards,
jfriday

for your (public) information, these suckers registered their domain via godaddy.com, less than a year ago. their official address is:

4411 8th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11220, United States

if you google map it (there is a street view of their particula street number as well), you will notice that their "swiss" neighborhood is actually chinesse. so are their watches (want proof, the length of thier bands is smaller than average).

their technical support phone number (347) 994-3833 is changing on weekly basis (mostly stolen mobile phones) is located in... guess... Bronx... (quite a nice suburb of New York City). you understand how strong their 5 years warranty is... don't bother to phone that number, nobody would answer.

their executive team is made out of 6 folks, working from their home appartments (by rotation)

you are probably wondering, since everything is so well known, how come these folks are still doing their crap. i do not work for nypd, so i would leave the details to them, but for starters:

1. law is not properly enforced (by definition and not by the law enforcement officers) - since this is not child abuse, immigration or espionage, what stands is the presumption of guiltiness.
2. to prove your case is super simple. you ask a friend for a favor, order a watch, register the confirmation email, the internet traffic (they will sell you credit card details as well, you really don't wanna know to whom... trust me) and then present the proof, get a warrant and go from there
3. the result is ZERO. despites the law goes like around a million bucks fees and at least few good years in prison (not jail), they would most like get free in few weeks (how we love lawyers...)

so, my humble advise, there is something you (and we) can both do. stop buying from them, that is, it is as simple as that STOP BUYING FROM THEM. they will starv and start engaging more productive activiities (bank roberies, rapes, killing for a dime, drug dealers) the kind of activities the enhabitants of ney york city in general and bronx in particular are so aware of.

STOP BUYING FROM THEM. Not only from these guys, from any folks promissing you the "moon from the sky" (while selling you illegal goods)

regards,
j-friday
