They made an unauthorized debit from my checking account and I never filled out an application for a prepaid debit card. I find that a prepaid debit card is useless. I could just use my own cash to pay for what I need instead of adding money to a prepaid debit card. That is useless. They said that I had to fill out an fraud report and that they would fax it to me and I have not received one as of yet. I do know that I did not fill out and application for them and I did not authorize them to debit money from my checking account. I did receive an email tellingme that I needed to call with this confirmation number if I wanted the prepaid card and so that they can process my order and I did not respond; I deleted the email and never thought anything else about this until I saw the debit from my account.
