They charged my account and I cannot get a hold of them on the web site they say use! This is a huge scam! I am still tring to find the web site or number to call them to give me back my money and stop this scam of a so-called-service.!!!

Call Fraud Protection at 866-387-2521. By sure to ask for a cancellation confirmation code and name of the representative. Associated companies are Google Success kit at 866- 341-0767, and Identity Security at 866-351-8557. Be sure to ask if they are affiliated with any other companies. You should then report your card number stolen by one of these scam companies or they will continue to pass it to others.

I did the CreditReportAmerica and that day called to cancel because I thought there was just one number to call and cancel. That one was cancelled but then I saw money taken out of my account and called to pitch a fit about that one and cancelled that one. Today there is another charge and they will not reimburse me they say so I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and also called my local news channel to see if they can get my money back. They do not make it plain from the get go that you have to call three different numbers to cancel these things and that's where they get you. It is a scam as they know you will not know this.

I talked to Georgette at 866-387-2521 to cancel any charges made to my account. She would not tell me where she is located. She gave me a confirmation number and said charges will no longer show up on my bank statement. Then I cancelled my card with the bank. But I recommend going another step by contacting the Attorney General in your state to file a complaint. It appears to me that this company is not located in the USA because the letters CY are the location of this company. Maybe they will find a way to shut this company down. It is fraudlent activity.

Credit Report America is what most of us signed up for and we thought the charges would be canceled afterwards. But then we get charged for $6.95 for Fraud Protection, $9.95 for Identity Securtity and $1.00 for processing fees. It's a total scan and we all need to contact our Attorney General and submit a BBB complaint. Also notify the site's who suggested this vendor (for me it was Facebook).
