This is complete crap. I've been on the line for over an hour now waiting for a supervisor to reverse these charges. I canceled over a month ago and they're charging me now! A lawsuit is definatally in order for this company. The fact that the representatives put people on hold hoping they will hang up and they wont have to deal with us, then comming back on long enough to see if we hang up the place you back on hold. I work for an insurance company on the phone and I would be fired for that practice. This company is definatally one of the things wrong with this country.
