I gave my initial s&h charge and they were to send me a cd but they tried to take $69.95 from my account. I have not received the cd and do not plan on paying this fee. I put a stop payment on this amount.

I ordered the CD and gave them information to charge my card for the S&H of $1.98 and it posted to my account on 10/10/08, then on 10/18/08 w/o any further conversation with them I had a charge of $69.95 . I did receive the CD but I have not opened it, nor intend to; I am sending it back refused and disputing both charges. I wouldn't trust them now for anything. Live and learn.

It took them 12 days to e mail me that my cancelation order Placed even before I competed the application on Oct 22 08. The Email notice of cancelation arrived via E mail on Nov 3 stateing the order was canceled on Nov 3 . I discoved from my bank statement that my card was shared with another company as well . I canceled the card. But I am afraid it was to late. From what I have read there is little hope of recovering the funds. from them The disc arrive - I refused delivery/ a case of CYA. Cover your XXX.

I've been recieving phone calls from these people and similar people lately. The keep telling me it's about a form I filled out online, but I have never filled out such forms. - Everytime they call I have to go through the same song and dance with them. - I have no money issues with them because I refuse to fall into their trap, but I wish there was something I could do about these harassing phone calls.

i was charged 69.95 then 15 days later i was charged 29.95 for a company i never heard of . whe i tried to call the number on both charges the numbers were no longer working.
