Unauthorized charge of $31.98 to my account for a product I did NOT sign up for. In addition, when you try to call the # that shows up on your statement, you are left on indefinite hold and cannot speak to any representative!

I am experiencing the exact same problem. Is there any easier way to get ahold of someone at this place? I,m on hold again, spent 20 min. On hold the first round, asked for a supervisor, and ended up on hold again for 35 min.

I found out that a charge of 31.98 was charged to my account and I never saw anything online when trying to get a ck advance. There was nothing that said we would be charged. So I think if you dont replace my money in my account that is fraud. So maybe I should get in touch with the other people that you charged and get an attorney and get my money or get more to sue you for getting information on my checking account, so you are posing as a ck advance company just to charge people a fee and not giving a ck advance. Not one place on there shows any info about being charged to fill out an application for a ck advance. So you are stilling peoples money and I think I am the person to do something about it. I dont quit until I get whats right.

The same thing just happened to me I looked at my bank statement and there was a 31.98 charge from these people and when i called i was put on hold forever. Im going to my bank and dispute this charge. I do think we need to get a lawyer and file a class action suit against them.

I also was in a difficult spot and looking for a loan and then i see a charge of $31.98 in my account i tried calling and was put on hold for about 15 minutes but had to hang up since i was at work. I feel robbed from these people.

Same thing but I did the chat online they actually told me to file a police report and fax it to them. If the police said it was a fraudulent charge they would refund my money.

I was being billed 31 .98 for 5 months when i called the number they said it was cancelled and to go to www.id theft refund.com to get my money back. When i enter the website there are thousand where to go does anyone no. If so email me please becuse this is budget money.
