Sandra McNeese, the editor, of The Wedded Bliss does not follow through on the terms of an advertising contract. In the contract, an advertiser receives their chosen ad size and listing in the Vendor Directory in the magazine plus an online listing on their website. The Wedded Bliss printed the incorrect ad twice in their magazine, but still billing our company. Then, they listed the incorrect contact information on their website - but even after numerous emails requesting that the error be fixed - they did not correct the error EVER...for 6 months the listing was incorrect. When our company did not renew our contract, the magazine continued to print the incorrect ad and then billed our company for the ad fees. This company unprofessional and aims only to get an advertiser's signature on a contract. They will make any promise to get the signature. Once the contract is signed, the magazine does not honor their advertisers nor the contract terms...plus does not return phone calls or emails. Then, when they want money, they have an "accounting department" representative call and send Past Due Invoices without ceasing. I know of numerous complaints from brides who have been treated badly by the magazine and it's horrifying to see what the editor and her employees will do.
