I ve worked for the titlemaxcompany for about 3years the way they talk and treat there employess is worng looking back i wish all those time my distric manager cruised around me or spoke wrong in ref to other employee's or on election when we were told to vote for mccain i had a recorder, I never was writeen up or gave any trouble the most was me missing days but it was cause i was sick and they had doctors notes to prove it ... the frist mistake made i was fired( im only human just like everyone else)
on the holidays at that, That is how much they care about there employees or there finincal needs, they stated tht i was doing something fruadulant when all i was doing was tring to help a fellow employee that i thought worked there before she knew so much of the company's payrate gave me personnal info and i still did nothing i waited LIKE COMPANY SAY"S MUST FOLLOW CHAN OF COMMAND I WAITED AND LEFT THE DOCUMENT I CREATED FOR MY MANAGER TO SEE AND APPROVE DIDNT EVEN SIGN THE LETTER. didnt fax the letter either and by the way they couldnt prove that i had as they said they could, they said they had fotage of me faxing something they couldnt c what it was, when i advised the district manager what it ws that it was his rolling report he looked at me and as said try contacting HR to see what they could do for you Why say that cause he knew he ws worng what they were doing to me was worng someone who never done anything worng but miss some day which i was protected under the fmla cause i had a serious conditon with, my health other then that never had any problems i was the frist one in the office, that sometimes the manager would get mad at me and tell me to clock in later and i had to wait until she advised me to do so so it mad it look as if i was late sometimes but i was there, if they wanted to check it out and see iwas telling the truth they could c who stoped the alarm bymy code, things that that they should o f looked at and seen everything they didnt they judged me without even knowing the truth, they didnt want to know they didnt look in to anything if they had they would of found out alot of mistakes that where made by all of us including the manager, the distric manager and area manager > BUT YOU THINK THEY CARED, you think they offered an employee of 3 years a chance, i advise the distric manager and kayla i wasnt aware just by making the document i was doing something wrong, she advised me why didnt you shread it, so basically i was told why didnt you lie to your company, you rather i have lied about it o faxed it then asking the manager what to do???? they so called had fotage that i faxed the letter a letter that was not even signd how could you revify employment without a signature????? and when asked for there proof of the accusation they gave me nothing frist she said i was being fired for revifing employemnt then since they couldnt produce the correct document just an unsign letter that i typed that was the way they showed me to do so obvisouly unsigned waiting on the aproval of the manager what i should do next with it had she been there or ans when i called her to ask her in ref to it non of this would of haapen, my thing is tht they didnt even ask why she wasnt there she decided to leave early cause she wanted to no permission and if they said she did it that was a lie because the district manager called the office asking for her the can ckeck the call logs . alot of things went on in that store and still are like the manager being rude to the customer or doing nothing letting me do mostly all of the work while she sat there on the internant looking at things they shouldnt which they can also look that up as well .. i did my job right and i did a damn good job at what i did you could call any spanish customer or any pawn i did and ask the customer who in that office was the most professional, i held the collection down without having to be disrespectful to customers ...customers would come into the office to speak to me and only me and those who didnt was cause i followed what the manager told me to say to them. maybe ya should keep an eye on your employees a liitle more better and see which one's are worth keeping and which one's are worth letting go, i seen alot of things worst things then what i have done, like leaving for the night and not closeing up the store having the police have to come out to sercure the area and branch norcross 4 the person wasnt fired, alot of things that went on in the store i was they werent fired and .. instead of giving me a warning, writting me up advising me tht it was wrong just by creating the letter never to do it again after giving the company all theses years, THEY FIRE ME MAKING ME THINK I SHOULD LOOK INTO A LAWYER beCUASE OBVISOULY THEY HAD IT IN FOR ME < ITS ALSO FUNNY THE TIMMING JUST AS I ADVISED THE MANAGER I WAS POSSIABLY BE OUT AGAIN FOR YET ANOTHER SURGERY THIS HAPPENS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DO!!! treated me as if i never meant anything to the company, as if i never mad this company millions espically with the spanish community ...I have beeen working since i was 15 and im 29 at this time and never have i worked for a company who cared so little about there employees as this company does, never have i worked for a company that cared so little about therer employees family. this company is the worst company i have ever worked for and something should be done about it!!!

I agree totally with this employee! TITLEMAX is a JOKE and those who are laughing now wouldn't be laughing soon.

If your not a butt kisser and you only strive to make your customers happy then this wouldn't be a company you will be at long.

The district manager Kayla is a JOKE, her followers/butt kissers the DM's (LISA) JOKE, and the Human Resource Department(BIG JOKE)

When people within this company talk about following the chain of command it becomes the biggest JOKE of them all. When a customer or employee makes a complaint it goes right back to the person you have made the complaint about.

Customers when you have a concern and call the customer complaint line its directed back to the district manager within that area when they are finished you are generally being laughed at. Believe me your interest in not in the best its whatever is in the best for the company. I have heard conversations from the District manager and a customer; all they are worried about is keeping you on the books not how long you have been paying on your account.

Example: Customer calls in upset asking how can they have borrowed 500 dollars 2 years ago and still owe 500 let me remind you that is 12.9 first 3 months 12.5 every month after that so you have paid them back how many times now and you still owe 500 dollars. Let me address what they say no one tell you to borrow money but lets set the record straight if the government stops this loaning rip off then they may find yourselves in the same place some of these customers are. Customers they see you pulling up in your cars and they make it a point to put as much money as possible in front of you so you will take it DONT FALL for it if you need it get as little as possible. The COMPANY gets mad at the employees if they dont force the entire ACV/MLV=which is entire amount offered. So if you only want 200 hundred and your car is worth 1500 and the loan is for 200 then best believe the employee is getting talked to about that or fail an audit.

Kayla and her followers are LOSERS/JOKE there are documented events that certain employees break the rules when it comes to treating customers right or company policy but if it benefits their pockets(BONUSES) then they turn their heads.

EXAMPLE: IT is against policy for a household to get a loan over 5000 it is a known fact that a customer and her husband took out a loan for 5000 a piece totaling 10000. When asked if they could return one of the checks if need be because they were expecting money the ASM told them yes. WELL the customer found out the hard way because when she tried to return the check the DM told her even if the ASM told her she could she had went past her date (by one day) so she refused to take the UNCASHED CHECK back. The store convinced the lady to keep the check. Lets look at this scenerio the family has a 10000 loan between both of their cars which means that is 500+ a piece=1000 amonth interest alone on both cars. Customers nothing will be applied to the principle. So either the customer has to come up with more then 1000 a month on these loans or pay forever. OH YEAH they do have another choice lose their vehicles. ALL BECAUSE OF THE STORE PROFIT/AND THE BONUS THEY RECEIVED.

Cant really fault the true hardworking employees because believe it or not there are some within this company. Because if they want a job they will bend/break the rules or just be a ASS KISSER. (oops did I say that) I mean a FOLLOWER.

BEWARE CUSTOMERS AND THOSE IN SEARCH OF A REPUTABLE COMPANY!
