The Waterford Corporation of Illinois and their principals Reginald Reg Waters, Athena Tepe, and Elizabeth Hawkins are scam artists. The steal money from clients, don't provide the services promised, and don't pay their vendors. They have several complaints against them currently, both from clients and vendors. Do not be taken by their lofty talk, these are con men and women.

My company in Ca has also done business with Reginald Waters and Athena Tepe - worked never completed and The Waterford Company was paid $3, 500.00 to complete the scope of work so please don't do any business with him all that you will get is a scope of work a lot of motivational speaking and a bill before the work is done which will never get done and you will get every excuse in the book as to why they haven't completed it.

It is in my personal experience with this company as a Vendor that Athena Tepe was also promised a paycheck which she never received. She was only able to do what Mr. Waters allowed her to on company time, and because of his inability to manage his money, this became a con on her as well as his employee. However, Reginald Waters is an extreme con artist and has been reported to several boards for failure to pay his bills to his vendors. Namely, his graphic designers which pump out a ridiculous amount of work for nearly pennies what other artists are paid. For a $1, 200.00 invoice, so far, Mr. Waters has only paid $100.00. Please do not shoot the messenger, Athena, for the hard work that she put in. She is not the one in control of the company. Mr. Waters is. Anything lacking should be put in the right place. Mr. Waters is extremely dishonest, and he is not worth doing business with, as a client or as an artist. Bottom line, don't give him money. He can't even get you a grant.
