We renewed our lease but we wanted an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment so our 1st lease is up june 30th and the one we renewed starts july 1st 2008 but we wantted a two bed-room apartment so the made us apply again and we paid the app. fee again the two other people who were moving in with us gave their info. too but one of the person's said they had lost their w-7 could they still apply and would it be ok nd be approved the manager said yes. she paid$$$$ and then the manager said oh you were not approved we do need your w-7 sorry, she was told that afte she paid. now im like why then if she knew she wuld not be approved did she take the money and say it would be ok. Then none of us can move 4 people =$100 paid in fees now were stuck here 4 another year or pay a ridiculus amount of money to cancel our lease. Then the person brought in an alternate paper which is supposed to work instead of w-7 but the manager said oh it doesnt work either but its a social security number but issued by a different department of the USA, then the person called and asked what wrong questioned them and the staff said that they had not seen her social to call again tomorrow when the manager had already told me it was denied i believe she didnt even process the number and kpt the money for herself. she also preffers a certain race then others she is african-american and were not, in these apartments you are not allowed to work here if you live here but the manager hired one of her friends whom lived here and the manager knew that but decided it was ok and compromised our security and violated the laws established by the magnolia knoll llc management company
