The Service Center In Egypt didn't want niether to fix the cell phone nor replace it after 2 weeks of purchase

I bought a cell phone LG-KP 320 from a store called mobile shop, Radioshake Hyperone, 6th of october state, Egypt. 2weeks later the soket of the charging place was damaged. I took the cell phone to the repaire center in Egypt 98, MuhI Din Abu El-Ezz St., Mohandissen. They answered this damaged part specfically is not under the warranty, eventhough the waranty is for one year. I agreed to pay 20L.E. just to check the problem, and they will inform me how much I should pay in 4 days from then. I called after 4 days, they answered sorry it is unfixable, the charging suket is connected with the whole board of the cell phone, and the only solution for me to buy an international charger, to charge the battery of he cell phone every time I want to use it!!
Now I feel the LG company in Egypt importing a v...bad quality cell phones, selling them, making money, after all not responsible to fix any problem, please I need help, knowing I'm an American Citizen living in Egypt. My e-maile address is abeer30@yahoo.com, my phone 02-38501317
