DO NOT BUY HERE!!! We ordered a couch here and were told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. 10 weeks later we still don't have our couch. After calling and leaving several messages with no return calls, we finally got someone on the phone, Fran, who was totally useless. "I don't know what to tell you" was her response. Their customer service is terrible and we will never buy from this company again. And we will tell everyone we know to go somewhere else.

I agree,

20 weeks my wife and I have been waiting for our order. It took my going down to the store in person and humiliating the salesman infront of other potential unsatisfied customers to get a responce from management... another promise for delivery. We might get our order next week ? or probably not.
The next call I make is to the NC Dist. Attorney for them to investicate The Place for fraud. Think about it, how many people have given deposits for furniture. Now how many have not received their orders after 10 weeks or more. Meanwhile they are still holding our money which is the equivlent of an interest free loan .

I have been waiting 16 weeks for my furniture order to arrive. I have made numerous calls to the store, always receiving the same response, "Nancy and Fran will look in to it and call you back tomorrow." (They never call back.) I have sopken with Julia Jones, the Customer Relations Manager, several times and I still have no furniture. Last week I was informed that I would receive one small piece of my order this week. When I called today, she did not have any information for me and stated they would call me tomorrow. At this point I just want my deposit back.
