Literally, the moment i walk in the smell from the carpet (new i presume) and the glue underneath assail me. It is so overwhelming i have to use my shirt/sweater to cover my nose. my throat closes us and eventually i have to leave the store to get some air.
I am surprised that the environmental protection agency is not on your case and shut down all the stores. asthma suffers, ADD suffers, and type of air born allergy suffers must realize this is dangerous to their health and may trigger life threatening situations. You must have hear of GREEN PLANET.
the use of environmentally friends paints, glues, carpets and such to remodel/build public and private buildings.
Where are you? Out on Mars. You probably tried to save a buck. the carpet looks to be recycled pre-used recycled carpet, it has that gray/slightly used look. In other words it is down right ugly.
Who picked it? someone who wanted the CEO's to have more Xmas bonus money. Someone who doesn't actually shop at the store. Someone who has never heard of GREEN, someone who has no relatives he loves that suffer from air born particles and smells.
I am surprised no one has sued you yet. I would bet that there will be many people/children in particular put into the hospital because of your choice of carpet and glue. You cannot deny knowledge of these things in this day and age, it is in every paper and magazine across the country.
And on TV. Are you unconscious... to reality and to the customers who come into your stores. NO i don't suffer from explicit allergies, but the fumes from that carpet and glue is nauseous and overwhelming.
I asked two clerks from two stores if anyone has notices a smell, and they told me people are complaining ALL the time, phoning in etc.
Does anyone else read these things besides the clerk who opens the email. I know people high up that i can check if this email gets to above a supervisor. The CEOs and the board members need to have this situation brought to their attention. You risk losing everything with one law suit.
And you may kill someone.
Is it worth the savings you must have seen when you bought this horrible carpet and glue?
