These crooks withdrew 650.00 out of my checking account. I went into a credit counseling program and was told by these people that as soon as they received my debt management info. they would stop debiting my account. Guess what, I sent them all of the information via email and even got an email back saying thanks for getting it to them so quickly. Now they would send it to the collections dept and they would work out payment plans. They didn't they debited my account 650.00 and now I have been disputing this with the bank. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

On Friday August 1, 2008 I went to the website http://1-hour-cash-advances.com and completed an application. I thought I would be obtaining a payroll advance directly through this site. Unbeknownst to me, this site actually shares my information with their affiliates [one of which being The Loan Shop], who then began bombarding me with payday loan offers via email and phone. I never received a payday loan from the Loan Shop; however my account was debited today [Aug. 15th 2008] for $260.00. I checked my 30-day online banking statement and do not see any payday loan deposits, so I would like to know why the Loan Shop felt they were authorized to enter my account and debit $260.00 that they did not earn. I have contacted the toll-free number next to the debit appearing on my bank statement [(888) 265-5074], and unfortunately they are closed during the weekends. I plan to call first thing Monday.

Also, based upon what I have read from the internet, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as my state's Attorney General's office. In addition, I will be notifying my financial institution first thing tomorrow that this debit was not authorized. I hope to be able to report some sort of resolution to this issue.

I submitted a application online for a parday loan and I did not recieve the loan, yet The Loan Shop just debited $260.00 from my account yesterday. Now I have tried to call the number listed on my statement and they are closed. I too, will be putting in a complaint to the BBB.

Omg, too funny. I got all my money back. I got a loan for 300. They took out over 700. I told them that it was paid off, and didn't authorize that amount. They apologized, and offered me another loan. I kissed butt. I thanked them and got another loan for 500. Lol, I closed my account as soon as it hit my account. So it hurt my credit, big friggin deal. I got all my money back, plus the interest. Lol. Kiss their butt and do what I did. They deserve it!
