Dear Mr. Ajay,

Yesterday a person called at 1030 hrs.
He said he was the Samsung pick-up guy.
He enquired for the address and location route to the flat, which was shared to him by my colleague.
He said he would reach in 1 hours’ time.

I rushed to my previous address (God Summit, Hennur Main Road) and reached at 1120 hrs.
I waited and waited !
He called me at 1200 hrs and enquired for the route to the place again, which was given to him.
He said that, he would reach in 30 minutes time.
I waited and waited !

At 2000 hrs, he calls me for the third time and says that he is stuck in Koramangala and cannot make it !
He said that, he will pick-up the fridge today at 1200 hrs !

I left for my new home at 2010 hrs and reached at around 2145 hrs.

Can you even begin to imagine what it was to WAIT in an ABSOLUTELY EMPTY flat, that just has a non-functional refrigerator in it, from 1120 hrs till 2010 hrs ?

My patience is wearing thin sir (s) / madam (s) !

I was expecting the issue to be resolved on the 30th of May, 2016 (It is what Ajay told me), but I guess the subsequent call on the same day is acceptable to indicate to me a new deadline of 1st May, 2016.

I am hoping there will be no further delays.
I will wait for a call and action on-ground.

Dear Team Samsung,

I take no pride in writing this, but people just ought to know that Samsung is probably the worst brand, ever !
This goes out to as many consumers, the world over, through SMS, Facebook, Linkedin, Yahoo Messenger, Google and through other personal platforms.

There has seldom been a case of such gross neglect and inconsideration towards a ‘PAYING Customer’.
It is apparent that, Samsung’s post sales completely suck and we, consumers, are left to contemplating why we even considered Samsung as a global brand with global, international and far-reaching processes.
What I have experienced, after purchasing a high-end ‘Samsung’ refrigerator (805 litre / French model / Rs. 1, 68, 000), has been excruciating and far from the standards expected out of companies and Brands that, have grown owing to consumers buying into promises galore.

Allow me the pleasure to elaborate, why I believe, Samsung is a terrible Brand and company ~

Background:
I purchased, from Croma, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, India, the Samsung Refrigerator (805 litre / French model) approximately 5 years ago, paying Rs. 1, 68, 000.
Before the warranty expired (1 year), the cooling system ceased to function.
The Samsung engineers took close to 15 days to resolve the issue, while all the meats and perishable foods rotted and lay waste.
Since the then and till date, the refrigerator has FAILED 5 times.
Each time, the Samsung engineers and / their so called TRUSTED Partners, have been late to visit, even later to rectify but absolute when it came to CHARGING me.
Each time, I would be paying for different line elements, where the ‘FAILURE’ in cooling remained constant.
It’s like they’re shooting off from a book of 101 best reasons to charge a customer.

The recent apathy:
The recent case has certainly brought me to my senses and has clearly demonstrated Samsung’s intent.
They’re simply out to MAKE MONEY and literally intent to CHEAT customers.

1. 9 months ago, my refrigerator STOPPED cooling, again – For the 5th time in 5 years.
2. I called in the Samsung so-called experts, who, post a great deal of debate and argument, came in to conduct repairs.
3. I briefed them on each issue of the past, the same non-cooling problem
4. I was indicated that, a permanent solution will be in place, for the 5th time
5. Work completed, the fridge seemed fine, as usual, after the 2 –day long repair work, which left my home in a mess.
6. I was CHARGED again and that is quite obvious. I personally feel that CHARGING a customer is fine provided work delivered is upto standards and promises given to us
7. I was told that, there will no further problems, but standard policies mean that, the warranty on ‘COOLING’ is for 6 months only.

On the 12th of March, 2016:
1. The Samsung fridge STOPPED cooling again and this time both the Freezer and the remainder of the unit

On the 15th of March, 2016:
1. I decided to shift residence (From Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore to Berlie Street, Langford Town Bangalore)
2. I therefore, decided to use TWO refrigerators at my new residence.
3. So I ended up buying a new Samsung refrigerator, which I am currently using, since the 16th of March, 2016.
4. The previous Samsung fridge I turned off completely.
5. As I was shifting residence, I decided to have the first Samsung fridge ‘Permanently’ and ‘Completely’ fixed, then tested, post which to be moved to my new residence.

On the 24th of May, 2016:
1. I called the Samsung toll free number and shared my displeasure at the break-down of the fridge and also completely briefed them regarding my plans to shift of the 28th of May, 2016
2. The executive assured me that, Samsung will help.

On the 25th of May, 2016 @ 1932 hrs:
1. I received an sms saying that a service engineer by name of Irfan has been assigned to my case, with the service request number [protected]
2. I did not receive any calls from the person nor anybody at Samsung
3. So on the 26th of May, 2016, I called Irfan who then said that, he cannot handle the case as it has been wrongly assigned to him.
4. I was asked to call the toll free number again. This was at 2130 hrs.

On the 27th May, 2016 @ 0945 hrs:
1. I called the toll free number and spoke to one Ms. Aishwarya.
2. I had to repeat the entire apathy / episode to her and she too, like every previous Samsung rock-star, told me that she will help me
3. I briefed her regarding the fact that, I needed to shift my residence and the date that, I needed to get the work done was before the 28th of May, 2016

On the 27th May, 2016 @ 1221 hrs:
1. I received another sms saying that, my complaint was noted and that, the engineer, one Mr. Sudheesh, was assigned to my case.
2. The service order number was [protected]

On the 27th May, 2017 @ 2000 hrs approximately:
1. Sudheesh visits my home at the Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore, inspects the fridge, understands my issue, takes a photograph of the recent bill from LR Enterprises (A Samsung Partner) and tells me that he will now instruct LR Enterprises to come in the morning, the next day, and have the fridge taken away for repairs. (Please find attached the invoice from LR enterprises)
2. He said that, LR Enterprises will take the fridge, repair it, test it and then install it at my new residence. He said that, this will be done first half on the 28th of May, 2016 (The days that I was scheduled to move my residence to Berlie Street).

On the 28th of May, 2016:
1. Nobody came, called and when I called Sudheesh, at 1230 hrs, he says that, he has already passed the case to his office and that he cannot help further
2. I then called the Samsung toll free and miraculously, the first service / complaint done on the 24th of May, 2016, did not show and only the service / complaint on the 27th of May, 2016, seems to be showing.
3. Anyways, I briefed the Samsung call executive regarding the ‘CHALLENGE’ and she assured me that someone from R Logistics (The Samsung’s partner company, for whom Sudheesh works for will call me)
4. Imagine my plight, its 1230 hrs, and I am alone at my place because all my materials have left for my NEW Place, waiting for someone from Samsung to call me.
5. Nobody did…
6. I called the toll free number again and had to de-brief a new executive on the line regarding the entire issue. She promised to ‘Send R Logitics’ a reminder.
7. I don’t know what Samsung call center was doing / did, but nobody called me.
8. AT 1430 hrs, I called the Samsung call center again and had to brief a fresh executive on the apathy and like any of previous experiences she said that, a reminder will be sent
9. I then spoke to Sudheesh, who said that, he just cannot help further because he had transferred the case.
10. I asked him for his boss’s number and he gave me 3 LAN line numbers: 080 – [protected] / 16 / 17. Sudheesh told me to speak to one Ms. Reena.

On the 28th of May, 2016 from 1445 hrs:
1. I placed 4 calls to each of the numbers provided by Sudheesh, that means a total of 12 calls, and not once did anyone answer the phone.
2. I called Sudheesh back, who said that maybe Reena was in a meeting and I should be calling her after 30 minutes.
3. I did… I called each of the numbers 3 times, totalling 9 attempts and nobody even answered the phone.
4. I called the Samsung toll free line and, imagine this, had to brief a FRESH person all over again, from the start. ALL this while materials that have left from this location to my new home and cannot get off-loaded as I am onsite waiting for Samsung to move the fridge.
5. The Samsung executive on call told me that, a reminder will be sent and that someone from Samsung will get to me immediately.
6. Nobody called
7. At 1630 hrs, somebody at R Logistics, answered the phone ([protected]) and this is the heights because, when I asked to speak with Ms. Reena, the lady tells me that she is busy and just hangs up the phone.
8. I redialled and requested her again to put Ms. Reena on, as it was an emergency.
9. She obliged, and when Ms. Reena answered and I had to de-brief her again and from the start.
10. Ms. Reena assured me that, she will speak with Sudheesh and call me back immediately.
11. She did not call and when I called back the same number, after 45 minutes, nobody answered.
12. I called Sudheesh again, who finally gave me the number of one Mr. R Lalin ([protected]) and told me that he would be the person from LR Enterprises, who will handle my issue.
13. 9 times I called Mr. Lalin… First six times – No answer / Next 2 times – Phone busy / 9th time – He answers
14. I briefed Mr. Lalin, who seemed to not have any idea about the issue. After listening to my plight, he says that, I will need to speak to one Mr. John. He gives me John’s number, which was the wrong number…
15. 9 times after that, Mr. Lalin failed to answer his calls
16. I even sent an sms to Mr. Lalin requesting for John’s number, but till now have received zero revert
17. Since then I placed 22 calls to all of the 3 numbers provided to me by Sudheesh and nobody answered the phone.
18. At around 1815 hrs, when I called for the 23rd time, someone answered the phone. I literally begged to speak with Ms. Reena. Now I could hear the lady call out to Reena and this is exactly what I heard over the phone… I am quoting her and in English, ‘Just put down the phone’
19. I tried the number 6 times again, and nobody answered my calls.
20. I called the toll free line again, briefed a new person, again, who then actually told me that,

It’s the 30th of May, 2016 and 1022 hrs:
1. Nobody from Samsung has even bothered to call / sms
2. My high-end Samsung fridge (805 liter / French model), which I paid Rs. 1, 68, 000 at Croma, still remains in my old home.
3. While I am getting my new home in place, I am so concerned wrt the entire treatment meted out to me

To summarize :
1. Samsung rates, according to me, as one of the WORST Brands in the world, given the way they have treated, and continue to treat me

Samsung samsung galaxy s7 edge replacement

I have had a ticket to replace my phone on file for over a month. I was told my replacement had shipped next day by someone named 'Erica' about 4 weeks ago. She assured me it had been sent. Never got anything. Then I was told I would be getting it soon. Then I was told no information updates were available for the ticket. Every agent told me.. we will let you know when more information is available. I never heard any information back from anyone on any status changes of the ticket...

In the past 2 years, I have purchased 8 Samsung phones. I won't be purchasing a 9th...

.. and I will be sure to let anyone I can tell know of my experiences with Samsung.

I was given this cellular phone as a christmas present dec. 25, 2015. The samsung galaxy s6 edge plus smart cellular phone is under warrantee for a year. There was a defective screen with a bubble on it; the nearest samsung customer repair centre is located in mississauga, a 45 minute minimum drive (Non-rush hour) from my residence.
Visit # 1 (Repair centre)
May 11, 2016 – samsung repair centre - representative alex, looked at my phone determined it was defective, but told me I needed to back-up my phone before they repaired it. I left spending (2 hours commuting back and forth from the repair centre to my home, having a friend drive me)
Visit # 2
May 12, 2016 –samsung repair centre – representative amal brought my mac book with me since I could not back-up my phone, since uploading seemed to be difficult on a mac. With amal assistance I was able to back up and my phone was taken in for screen replacement. I had to wait for 2 ½ hours for the repair. Amal gave me the phone and the screen appeared to be fine. I left the repair centre half hour before closing at 5:30 getting a ride there and back from mother. Since the repair centre above the pick-up desk is poorly lit with one high boy light I never noticed until I was in the car the screen had a crack now. I told my mother, she told me to call them, but the repair centre had just closed.
Samsung customer service (Usa) telephone call
May 13, I received a call from customer service to see if I was satisfied with the repair. I told the representative that the screen was cracked. The representative told me not to worry, take it back and the repair centre would replace it, no problem and that she would email them.
Visit # 3
May 18, 2016 – samsung repair centre (Coercing my mother to drive me there and back again) arriving at 13:23 (Ticket # 73) I tell the representative (Not sure his name) about the phone being damaged by the installers visit 2 above and the email regarding the customer service call expecting it to be a non-issue. He then says he has to get the manager jonny to deal with this. Jonny says he is not fixing it and received no email from samsung customer service. I was upset and asked what could be done and why they had no record. Jonny then telephoned the samsung customer service for me and disappeared into the back – was on hold for 15 minutes or more and I finally spoke with a representative named cesar, who gave me a transaction # [protected], he said he couldn’t do anything beyond his ability, then I asked to speak with someone higher, he put me through to another lengthy on hold to the executive division; I spoke to aelyn (Sp?) re-told the story outlined here; she then wanted to speak to jonny. Jonny had to email her a picture of the phone, I asked him to see the photos. The repair centre kept taking my phone back and forth to the back repair area behind closed doors. I now notice my phone has even more damage than when I just arrived with it – it has been scratched. I told jonny, this he dismissed me and left. Aelyn was waiting for the photo at her email address – [protected]@samsung.com aelyn receives them and says that they will not do anything to fix it, implying that I had done this after the fact and it should have inspected it before I left. I told her that I want to escalate this incident higher, she told me this is the highest it can go. Then she said she will talk to her superior and get back to me herself within 48 hours. The call ended, the representative on visit # 2 amal asked to see my phone, she concurred with me that in the lighting at the repair centre, she could not see the crack; she could only see it when there is a direct light source. I left the repair centre at 15:00. Left to battle rush hour traffic and feeling disgusted at the service I received.
About 4 later around 7pm or aelyn called me to say – no they are not fixing my phone, final decision.
The phone is approximately $1200. Cnd
In order to resolve this issue with samsung I would like my phone replaced with a new one or the money refunded. I have had many phones namely the iphone; the difference is that they have amazing customer care. I have been given nothing but grief form samsung; they have bad customer care and do not stand behind their product.

Samsung ridiculous

I have purchased a Samsung phone which had a warranty. At first there were no issues and it was working fine. But then something went wrong with the screen and it was really hard to use it. When I wanted to open my messages he opened photos and etc. I contacted the company and asked for help. These guys agreed to check and fix it but only for some extra payment. They really did not care about the warranty!

After my phone had been requesting an update for days, I finally scheduled the update. After the update, I was promptly locked out of my phone. It no longer recognized my finger print, the pattern I had chosen on the dots, or my emergency password. It gave me a number of tries, and each time I had to wait longer to attempt logging in again. In the midst of all this, I got word that a good friend had passed away. I was supposed to let other friends know. But my phone was worthless. After two phone conversations--first with Samsung who told me my phone wasn't registered, and then with Google who helped me reset a password which did not unlock my phone, I used my last attempt by typing in a passcode number I found on the My Verizon page. It didn't work either, and I watched as my phone erased all my photos and reset to factory settings. So, I will NEVER agree to another update. And if my Samsung is disabled again, I wll smash it with a hammer and go buy an i-phone.

Samsung product quality - samsung led tv is junk

We wasted our money buying a $1750, 65" samsung led tv just a couple of years ago that is now junk. We thought we were buying a better brand buying samsung but their useless warranty doesn't cover their junky product long enough and eventually you will be left in the cold with a useless hunk of junk. Don't let that be you! We started experiencing intermittent issues with the tv a few months ago where it would turn off and turn back on for no reason. It was tolerable, weird but we didn't pay it much mind. Then it started to happen much more frequently and for longer cycles, turning off and back on over and over again four or five times before it stayed on. Now the tv will not even come on to trouble shoot what is causing the issue and samsung basically told us after giving us the runaround in email multiple times and finally speaking to someone after a long hold one day we are out of warranty so out of luck. We have a cheap vizio tv and a sony bravia we paid under $500 for each and have had them both over five years using them much more than this samsung giant we watched only 2-3 hours a day max... The samsung is junk, buy sony or vizio, don't waste money on a brand where they don't care about quality or customer service.

Samsung microwave

I have purchased my microwave of samsung dated 04/11/2010.In 28 december, 20 15 some problems were found in operation of microwave for which I have complained to samsang customer care center in first week of january 2016. With the reference of that complaint I have received a service call from the no [protected] to service my microwave. On 8/01/16 that person has came and he has given his company visiting card and told that our company is authorized service provider for samsang. After checking the microwave he told that the problem is in panel of microwave and we have to repair it. I will carry the panel and send it to company for repair, it may takes 4-5 days and he has carried that panel on 08/01/2016.
After one week I called him he told that that panel is under repair it will take more time, after 10 days I called again but his number was not responding, till than we are continuously trying on his and his company number but it was not responding, we have also mailed on his given mail id. Meanwhile various times we have also call to samsung customer care center; they told that in this case they can’t help us without complaint number, as due to some problem in phone the complaint massage was not saved in memory.
I wish to draw your attention that if we have complained to company than it is overall responsibility of company to resolve it in proper way. If I have complained to samsung customer care center only, than how a fraud person came to resolve the complaint and how he got the all complaint details of my microwave, my address etc.
After a period of 4 month we don’t have any response neither from the samsung company nor from service company so we request you kindly take the necessary action please.

Samsung deceive and lack of respect for the right of customers

Frankly maintenance when samsung from the worst possible and in my life will not buy any device samsung if the way of dealing with this bad form because you purchased a washing machine and a detent position and the employee a respectable others responsible for maintenance in the branch of the gulf samsung insists on taking the washing machine troubleshooting in the workshop with the science the technician is unable to repair and more than once and more importantly, they are lying after each inspection technical writes in his report that there is a flaw in the product specification with science that he be present and notes the diversion of water from the bottom of the washing machine and insist on lying and fraud and deception that there is no problem in the product despite the seriousness of the topic on the people of the house of the population and could cause a fire and
Lodged a complaint for consumer protection who إعتمدو to report for الكارفور place which you purchased the product and the maintenance because I refused to hand washing machine to maintenance and repair because of lying and fraud in the reports of the technical detection and I am now in the procedures for the transfer of the matter to the ministry of the economy and all i'm only guilty purchased a washing machine and appeared defective leaking from the bottom of the washing machine.

Samsung washing machine

Our washing machine was working properly till a month and half ago it was doing really loud noise, since then we are experiencing the most worse customer service support we called Samsung customer service support and they promised they will come and check the washing machine, first time the technical support reprehensive visited us saying the problem is it needs a part that need to be changed and he changed after he left the sound was there again, again we called the customer service support who sent technical support representative who visited us like 10 times and every time he say a spare part needs to be changed and till NOW THE WASHING MACHINE STILL HAS THE SAME LOUD VOICE.
Note: the washing machine is still in the guarantee and there is point written in the guarantee.

We are really so frustrated and to be honest we are advising people who we know not to buy any of your products.

Samsung led tv

We bought a new tv from jumbo mall of emirates dubai. First day the screen got black and we called jumbo they said you will get help from samsung customer services. I am having a daily call for last four days with no answer. They are saying their technician will visit us but they don't know when. Though the sales guy told me samsung is the best company now I realize it is worst company even I told customer services to help and through this garbage box. I'll buy a new one.
That is a 55' curved uhd smart tv.

Samsung frequent failure and poor service

On Aug. 22/2015 I bought a washing machine 17 kg the latest model and from the purchase day the machine admitted to the shop four times and the technician visited us in my home more than eight times and I've been advised by the technician for the first time to stop using the colorex because it is the main cause lead to the detergent pump failure then I do so but still the machine fail again and this time the maintenance supervisor advice me to stop using the powder soup as per the manual and manufacturer instructions and when I refer to the manual I found that these instruction conflict with. Now for four months my issue is hanging and they asked me to collect my machine and their feedback is machine is healthy but what I am sure about that the problem will exist again after two or three wash. note that the price of the machine is about 9000 S.R almost three thousand $

Samsung galaxy grand prime smartphone/service

I bought this phone for my wife for Christmas 2015.Two months later it shut down, with this on the screen, Custom Binary Blocked by FRP. My wife and I are 62 years old, we are not tech savey.BUT Samsung says This our Fault. The phone was bought from Walmart, and you all know about their return policy 14 days to return(Walton Family must not be making any money).After that it is covered by ONE Year Warranty from Samsung BS.They say we caused This, I shipped it to Samsung, They sent it back, Its my Fault! One hell of a paper weight I Have. I will never BUY a Samsung Product again.Beware consumers of their products/or who buy them from. I have an LG phone 4years old and works like new from day one, will never get rid of it.

It has to do with some of the apps you are downloading. Google the fix and do it yourself because Samsung will charge you since there is nothing defective with the phone.

Samsung warranty not followed on faulty blu-ray player

I handed in my blu-ray speaker bar at a samsung authorised repair centre on 13/03/2015 after I experienced issues with the blu-ray player component and the sub-woofer not connecting (Unit still under warranty). After about a month and a half I got the unit back just to find the blu-ray still not working. I handed the unit in again (Still under the first jobcard) after about another month I got it back but it still didn't work with the repair centre claiming they are waiting for a replacement part. Two months later they said that the replacement part could not be obtained and that the unit will need to be replaced and that they will fetch it from my home. Upon collection I got a new jobcard (Unit when out of warranty due to all the waiting and delays). After a month I got feedback that the issue was with the firmware that needs to be updated. The unit went back another time for this to be done. After I finally got the unit back (A year has since passed from the first time I took in the unit).

I then connected samsung for assistance as this issue was not getting resolved by the repair centre after 2 months of waiting for an answer samsung's feedback is as follows.

"at best we can offer you a discount on a new unit since the unit can not be placed due to being out of warranty"

My argument is I took it in the first time still under warranty, how can they now claim it can not be replaced?

Samsung samsung a7 and cellsure

Good day,

My cellphone is a Samsung A7, I am on a contract and upgraded in November to the new A7 phone, I took out insurance for the screen if it gets damaged, the cellphone fell down, then the screen turned all black and I could not use the phone, they send an sms to state that my "claim SCR1422" was denied due to "liquid damage" there was no liquid spilt on the phone, it fell and the screen went black, so this is part of the screen that was damage, now they wont allow the claim as it is stated as liquid damage, I thought that's why their is insurance on the phone to repair it, I am not satisfied with the claim and the inusrance and think that is why insurance is taken out to protect you form damage and if your phone gets broken...to fix the phone, the people were not very friendly and I need to get the phone repaired quickly

Samsung cell phone

I had to upgrade my children's phones, and switched to Cell C. My son wanted a Samsung Gear S2 for his birthday, but as they were not available yet, I asked the salesperson who attended to my upgrade, if there are specific phones compatible with the Gear, they told me all smartphones with android 4.4 and higher 1.5 GB RAM will be compatible, as per Samsung's website as well. As I was looking at the Samsung J7, they told me it will be compatible. He also told me that I will be able to get a contract on the Gear separately once they do have stock. Now a month later as I enquire about the stock, they inform me that the Samsung Gear S2 is only compatible with the Samsung S6 & 7, and you need to do a contract on the two together. So now I sit with a phone without a Gear and my son without his birthday gift.

Samsung microwave repair

On April 4th, my Kenmore - Samsung microwave that was less than 1 years old died. Just stopped working in the middle of a cycle. We unplugged it, plugged it back in and then it started working again. But then it stopped. I called the service number that was on the invoice as we had bought the microwave at a Sears Liquidation Centre in Montreal.

I called the number and was connected to the call centre in the Philippines. They informed me that because the microwave was Kenmore, they would have to put in a request for Kenmore/Samsung to schedule the repair. It should take 2 business days for them to call me. I asked if I could call directly and I was told that they couldn’t give me the number.

So I waited. Nobody called. So I called back. The call centre agent told me that Kenmore/Samsung had tried to call me and I didn’t answer. That is a lie. I gave my cell phone number and at no time did I get a call. But I was assured that someone would call me immediately and set up an appointment. I asked for clarification on “immediately” and I was told 10 minutes. Well, nobody called. So I called the call centre in the Philippines AGAIN. This time, I was told they could give me the number directly and I could make the appointment. That’s odd because when I asked for the direct number the first time, I was told I could not have it.

I called and made an appointment for April 14th. (Incidentally, the operator that I spoke to said that I was NOT supposed to be given the phone number.) The technician came, looked at the microwave and said that he had to order parts. This could take 4-10 business days. 6 business days later, I called the repair line to find out if they knew when the parts would be available. I am told that 4 parts were ordered. 3 of the four will be available on April 28th and the last part – a transformer – would only be available on May 11th. I should expect a call between May 11th- 15 to schedule a repair.

So now a repair that started on April 6th will take 6 weeks to repair. Does it make sense to you because it doesn’t make sense to me. At all. At this point, I question why Samsung or Sears would not simply replace he microwave that cost me $200.00.

I was told by Transglobal repairs that in order to authorize a replacement of the microwave, I should call 1-800-Samsung. I did just that. Funny how that number is a call centre in Manilla that is ill equipped to do anything other than make appointments or cancel them. They told me that I had to call Transglobal repairs.

I finally spoke with Zelda and Carole who could not believe the absurdity of this situation. They tried to see if Samsung would replace the microwave but the policy is to repair it when it can be repaired. As a consumer, this seems highly cost ineffective as the technician has to come to my house twice, parts need to be ordered (or manufactured) shipped, and the call centre is involved. All of this surely costs more than the value of a new microwave.

Eventually a repairman came to my house and fixed the microwave. Only he didn't replace it properly and I had to call again and have another technician come and fix the door and align the microwave in its spot properly.

Well, my microwave has died on me AGAIN. The very same one that was repaired in May. This happened in the month of August, around the 15th of the month. I spoke with Carole and Hahrivony who both confirmed that in order to get the ball rolling, I had to call the call centre in the Phillipines to make open a service call. I did. And then I spoke with Carole who put a notation in the file that I was to be called this morning with a request for a first thing in the morning appointment.

The repairman called this morning to say "he was calling to confirm the appointment between 11 and 1pm today". That is not at all what Carole and I discussed. He claimed he didn't have that notation and that he couldn't schedule an appointment first thing and I had to call Parts & Service Experts, the company he works for, to schedule the appointment. I spoke with Monique, the supervisor, and she said that nothing can be done. I should take the appointment when I get it.

A repairman finally called and an appointment was set. He came and found that the thermostat was defective. He did a bypass and said he had to order the part and he's come back when it was in. He said we could use the microwave but to be careful as there was no thermostat. He left. My son used the microwave for 3 minutes then it stopped working AGAIN. I called the technician immediately. He said the best thing is to wait for the part. I did. He came and replaced the part. The microwave STILL ISN'T WORKING. He ordered a new motherboard. i received a call that the part would be in on the 18th. I called the technician to let him know. I haven't heard back from him.

This second repair has been dragging on far too long and it is exceedingly frustrating.

I have JUST called again because for the third time in less than a year, the microwave isn't working again. Nobody seems able, willing or interested in fixing the problem that has been pretty much ongoing...

Samsung pathetic after sales service

I purchased a samsung french style fridge model: RFG28MESL on 06 january 2014 from dion wire canal walk . on 27 may 2015 we logged our first complain regarding the faulty water filter which an technician came out for, but the problem was never resolved. on 16 september 2015 we logged another complain with samsung head offices South Africa which regarding the same matter an yet again another technician was sent out by the time he arrived there was another complaint which was the fridge had bubbles and corrosion which was not suppose to be as this is a stainless steel fridge. he took pictures and was going to report this to his office and someone would then be in contact with us which never happened. on 27 january 2016 I now called again to check up on this complaints just to find out, that I was now out of warranty but neither of the complaints was ever resolved. I have now dealt with the agency directly and also Samsung head offices of which I have a reference no REF: [protected] and still up to today no respond. according to them they have called us previously and could not get a hold of us but this is after they have been out to our place twice already and knew exactly what the problem was. I am so fed up with this and really just want them to collect their fridge as it is a total embarrassment to me even having it in my house as it looks like just another cheap fridge that I got off the streets second hand. I really loved the fridge but the poor service we received is putting me off Samsung completely the only way they can make this up to me now would be if they give me a complete different unit as this has definitely left a very bitter taste in my mouth. samsung I don't appreciate the way you do business as it is completely unprofessional.

Samsung samsung

I purchased a new samsung galaxy black - sm-g900vzkavzw for my daughter on jan, 12th, 2016 through a service provider, verizon. I wanted her to have a new phone specifically since she is now on a work term in peru, so I wanted something reliable, so I thought.
About a month ago, the phone suddenly stopped working, completely dead, so since she is in peru, I asked her to talk to a local store to see if they can look at it and see if there was anything obvious, like water damage, or faulty charge, faulty battery. They found nothing wrong with it saying it had to be the electronics.
So, I went to verizon, who quickly advised me that they do look at or warrant the phone, but I need to go to samsung, which I did.
I followed normal protocol and submitted a claim of which they quickly rejected saying the phone serial number was out of the warranty period. After several call and e-mails, I finally got them to agree that the phone was under warranty, and therefore they would look at it. So they promised to send me an e-mail with the ups label, etc.
Of course, this did not happen, again and again, and after 4th attempt on the phone, I refused to hang up until it got sent. Yes, finally I got the phone out.
Almost a month has now transpired since I started this process, and I got a call from a representative that the phone was not considered under warranty since someone had opened the back cover and looked at it. They acknowledged that the electronics were shot. After much discussion, she refused to change her tune and thus I asked for a supervisor. Of course not one is available, so they promised to call me back, which the next day yesterday a gentlemen did call me.
Now I was provided two excuses: (1) phone warranty was voided as soon as the cover was removed, and (2) back cover was not the original. Not the original! How could this happened? They suggested that verizon probably changed it, so not their problem. You have got to be kidding me!
The phone was barely a month old! We managed the situation as best we could! We were expecting a reliable phone for a daughter is out of the country, but this is the service we get. A fluff off and blame it on someone else.
So I was told to verify my address so they could return the phone. I refused to verify saying I wanted it repaired or a new phone. I am at loss on what to do further. Please help if you can.

Samsung samsung s7 phone

Having placed an order for a samsung S7 on the 4th march with the expectation of receiving my package on 8th march before it gets lunched, it turn out not to be the case. I waited and waited and even as write the phone has not arrived. I contacted the samsung customer support service on the phone and for 45 mins no one answered my call and this happened twice on separate days. I also wrote several email to the customer support team and it took a week for someone to reply my email with the only words saying "we are sorry for the belated reply. ... unfortunately we are experiencing high volume of demands and your order is in the queue since we have run out of stock". . Honestly, i thought samsung was better than that. Having used iPhone for the last 8 years I thought this was the time to change and try something new with samsung. This first experience has certainly not worth the price. I checked my bank account and samsung have already taken money out of my account already. Worse of it all, when I visited the local samsung shop I found out that there were more than enough of the phone selling out there and when I spoke to the store I was told the samsung shops and online shops do not share the same system so they could not help trace my parcel or do anything with it.
