I ordered their cd at $1.98. I did not know that after 7 days my checking account would be billed for $69.98. I've tried calling the # on the cd but all I get is a recording for me to leave a message. What should I do to get my money back and to stop them from getting more?

I also ordered a cd for 1.98 and they keep taking 69.95 out of my personal checking. I want it stopped now or I will report it to the bank and will let them resolve the fraud that your company is performing

I ordered this cd for $1.98 and my credit card was charged $69.95. I just got my statement this morning, so have not called the number, but I do intend to do just that. Plus the cd I received does not even work!!!

They are absolute rip off artists - supposedly in the 'small print' if you order the CD you are agreeing to a 7-day trial membership - if you don't cancel they charge you

The liar I got on the phone identified himself as "Pete Swanson" - basically said it was my problem.

I also ordered the disc and can't get any information. I wish to cancel immediately. The program is useless.

I ordered this cd for $1.98 and my debit card was charged $69.95. I went online to make a payment and it came back and stated that my card had been declined. So I called my bank to see what was going on and received a copy of my bank statement, only to find out that I was charge $69.95 that I did not authorize to be deducted. I contacted them using the phone number listed on my statement only to at first be put on hold for 30 mins with no response. The I called back waited another 30 mins and finally got some chic named Angel. I explained the situation to her and she basically told me it was my problem, that I should have read it more carefully because the information was there about the charge. So up until today I had not even reviewed the disk, and when I did it doesn't even work. This is surely a ripoff scam, and I have reported it to the BBB of Utah, and also to the Ripoff.com website, I think these people should be found and made to pay for this. I am a single mother just trying to get ahead in life and support my kids and go to school and I can't afford for this type of thing to happen. I sent an email and told the representative that I did not want anything else from them.

I agree totally with you I received my CD in the mail today and when I read the complaints I checked my checking account and they did steal money out of my checking accout...I will call the bank on Monday and let them know that I didn't tell those fools to take anything other than $1.98 out of my account..I guess its just another sham

I tried also to call and was told the user's mailbox was full, then a click. What a racket. I also never told them to take out $69, 95. I can not even get the disc to work. HELP SOMEONE PLEASE...

They got me also. What i ended up doing is canceling my credit card and getting a new one with a different number. They won't answer there phone and there is no way to cancel online like they say there is.The Grant university are a rippoff.
