Wall Sticker Outlet Order never received and no refund

I ordered Frozen wall stickers for my granddaughters birthday in March hoping I would receive them by April. After several emails and responses over the next several months of "They are due to ship this week" I finally gave up and purchased them on Amazon where I received them in 2 days. I contacted customer service for a refund and was told I would be getting the refund. Here it is October and still no refund. I emailed them again this month and said what a terrible business they are to take advantage of people this way. I received this response ... "I show it was refunded and will look into it right away" Let's see how long that goes on. So buyer beware do not order from this company! Unless you want to give away your money.

Wall Sticker Outlet Wall stickers

Same as everyone else. I never received the order. I emailed them several times, no response. I left 3 phone messages, they never answer their phone...Never a reply. I finally had to dispute the charge on my charge card and hopefully will receive my money back that way. Don't even try to order...

Wall Sticker Outlet they only promised but haven't delivered the stickers

I bought 4 different stickers from the company www.wallstickeroutlet.com. The company is really unprofessional and has problems with the delivery. They informed me that I would receive the order within 5 days, but 3 weeks already passed from the day, when I purchased the stickers. I was sick of their promises, but they refused to return money back. It was real nightmare for me. Don’t trust these guys at all.

Wall Sticker Outlet shipping / lack of customer service

I places an order for 3 different items on 11-18-2014. I was given an order # my email & they said the tracking # would be sent when established. On the 1st of December I called and left a message which the recording said they would return my call. They did not. I called again on the 15th and someone answered which I was told they would split 2 of my items & ship them but the other was coming from another site but she would email the tracking on both. She assured me when I placed the order and also on the 15th that all 3 would be here by Christmas. Never got the tracking # and I called back and left another message which they did not return that call either. On the 19 I received 2 of the items. I called & emailed them on the 19th. No answer and no return call. I decided to email to which I got a response on the 22nd giving me a tracking # for the 3rd item. The item shipped on the 20th and was shipped to TN--not SC which is my address. When I emailed them back they gave me a different tracking # which shipped to MD! Needless to say after a few emails and not so nice words---the package never arrived til the 26th! Surprisingly they did offer a refund which I gladly agreed to. Now to see if they actually refund me! I will never use them again! 'ZERO" customer service and long ship times!

Wall Sticker Outlet Order not fulfilled

Purchased a wall sticker/decal in early September. After waiting many weeks and not receiving the product or receiving any notification from them I sent them an email asking for a status. The email I received back stated that the order was being shipped and I should receive a tracking number shortly. Waiting another week I then called customer service, no answer, left a voicemail. Received an email response back from the voicemail promising that it would ship that week. A couple of weeks later I again tried to reach out to them and got their voicemail again. Ended up having to call the owner's house asking for a refund. After doing some digging some of their decals are produced by other sites (specifically a company that mostly sells on Etsy). I ordered directly from the storefront on Etsy and didn't have any issues.

Don't order from the site unless you like asking for your order for weeks and then 2 months later being happy with getting a refund. Not worth it... Go somewhere else!

Wall Sticker Outlet They do not deliver their products and lie

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago for a product they state
takes 2-3 weeks to ship. My order was $ 260.0. When I never received
confirmation of the shipment I emailed them. They repeatedly told me that the item had shippped and I would receive it on this day, then that day. I finally asked for tracking number and then found the manufacturer online (on FB and on etsy). They confirmed that they do not pay their bills and their orders were on hold.
The manufacturer graciously shipped my product that night and provided a tracking number. Wallstickeroutlet.com
has lied in every email they have sent me, and now they are back pedaling to try and "resolve" the issue by offering a credit for what I
purchased, they are appalled that one of their artisans would tell me that they are not paying their bills. I told them they should be appalled by their customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am having the same issue, made the order on the 12th of January, received only half of my order. After contacting them several times, they told me that the shipment was sent but as I have never received it, they will send another one - well, by the 20th of March I gave up and asked them for refund. At the beginning of April, I had to send them another email to remind them the refund - they replied again, that it should be refunded within 24 hours - will see.

I am in the same situation right now - I ordered and was charged for a product almost a month and a half ago but I have not received it. They don't answer the phone but they respond to my emails telling me its the product has shipped and is on its way but it never shows up. How did you find the manufacturer?

Wall Sticker Outlet True -- one big scam!!

Company charges credit card in full and then sends an inexpensive item, claiming other items will follow later, likely to get you outside the time to dispute credit card charges. If you follow up they lie (telling you the refund is issued) and intentionally delay to get you outside the credit card limitation period. Do not order from this company!

Wall Sticker Outlet Product ordered, charged, never received product, no contact from merchant...scammers

I ordered for our nursery Pink Cherub Canvas Wall Hanging for $109.00. It immediately went on my credit card, so we paid it. I waited 3 weeks to give them time to process, etc. I sent 2 emails and no response. I called at week 3 and immediately after giving an long order #, she said "Oh that is being sent out today." I thought, WOW she really knows all these LONG order #'s. Should have been another red flag. Over a week passed and no product received. I called and left message and no return phone call. I then followed up with emails and no response. I finally decided to do internet search on this company's review (should have done BEFORE ordering) and all complaints were just like mine. I contacted the credit card company I used and it is now being disputed. I was credited by money back by my credit card company. BEWARE..if they aren't scammers they are incompetent at best.

I placed an order on 20 August. The charge came through on my credit card on 21 August. I sent a request for shipping details 10 days later. They replied it would take 3 to 4 weeks and they would provide details of shipment. 7 weeks later and no receipt. They replied to another email and said they were checking and would let me know immediately. 5 days later still no reply after sending them 3 more emails. They did not answer my calls. Told them to cancel the order and refund my money and have turned it over to my credit card company. Do not do business with these people. Unprofessional.

I have been waiting for ages for my order and received nothing yet! Order was placed back in January 2015 and it seems like these clowns decided to keep my money!
Every time I contacted them they kept telling me that my items were not in stock and promised to refund me as soon as possible. But their site still shows that my items are available and refund was never given! What a terrible company to deal with. I regret that I did not spend some time on reading the reviews before I made my order!

Oh my gosh. I ordered a dog sticker for my car Feb. 26 2016. Despite months of my asking, and Wall Sticker Outlet promising it was coming, it never arrived. June 9, I was finally told that it was no longer available and that a refund would be posted. Today it's July 4, and I'm still waiting. I have never seen anything like this. It's ridiculous.

Exactly the same! We ordered well over six weeks ago. No products yet. Been emailing back and forth and they keep saying they will ship it out right away. Finally I told them to cancel my order that was two weeks ago they told me they would refund me the money that day. Still NO refund! We need to shut down this company before they scam anyone else out of hundreds of dollars of money!

Been waiting well over one year for my product. After 5 months I was told it was no longer available, however my credit card was charged. I have called at least 10 times to see if accounting could credit my card and every time they say "Wow, I don't know what happened, it will be processed the next day." I'm still waiting! I'm calling one more time and then I will be taking further action. I shouldn't have waited for over 10 calls to take action. Consumers, please do your research on these companies you buy from online! Total SCAM!

Our company was alerted to this site by a customer. We have looked into the first complaint, which was a custom artwork order for a customer, that states in the listing that the item takes 2-3 weeks to process. This customer advised us that she did not want to wait for the shipment when it was ready to ship at the three week mark and we cancelled and credited her order. The other two comments are from unknown people, however we do want to address the issues raised. Our customer service department works hard to answer every email and call/message and assist our customers. We would never ignore a customer or not help in any way we can. We have many items that are custom made or have a longer lead time for shipping or could be on backorder. We encourage all of our customers to contact us with any concerns you may have. totally agree.
It has been now 8weeks and they are not answering any emails or phone calls.
Will be taking this up with my credit card company and I am hopeful to be reimbursed
Does anyone have a clue how they can be stopped from doing business?

This company is a complete SCAM! I ordered a product 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. They give you the run-around and you will be charged right away and never receive your product. Be smart and research companies before ordering from them.
