i received this same email and follwed up on it, until they asked for shiping charges and thats when i knew it was a scam, ,

I will like to inform you that we are only a delivery company and we cannot make any deductions and I do not see any situations where deductions can be made to a cheque which has already been issued in your name. The Lottery company stated that the Beneficiary of the package would be responsible for the delivery of His/Her Package so Payment must be made by you before we can deliver your package. It is also quite understood that you are skeptical which is a normal thing but I will like to inform you that GOLDEN SECURITIES AND FREIGHT SERVICES is a well known delivery company in UK and once payment is made your winning package will get to you prior to your choice of delivery.
