Misleading and terrible customer service

Purchased GPS on 6/7, in stock. Realized I needed to call to confirm (will delay shipping). I received high pressure warranty sale, said no and they weren't happy. Was informed my purchase was shipping 6/13. Called on 6/27 to check status. Told my order was backed logged till August 17, canceled order. Customer service was adequate at best (unconcerned and disinterested) after a 30 minute wait. Very unprofessional and misleading. Will watch credit card account closely.
