HERE WAS MY E-MAIL TO THEM BUT THEY HAVE NO E-MAIL FOR RECOURSE OR COMMUNICATIONS -
I wanted to buy a camera from you and put it through online, where it said the camera I wanted – the Nikon D300 – was in stock. When I got someone in sales on the phone he first asked me if I wanted a battery and recharger so I said no. Then he asked if I wanted the plastic foreign made D300 or the USA made magnesium body D300, and that I should get the magnesium one. I started to say something and then he said – "we don't have the other one in stock and you will HAVE TO get the magnesium body one and it will cost 22-99." I said "$2299?" He said yes. "I don't have that kind of money." Then he said, "you will HAVE TO get that one because the we don't have the plastic one in stock." I told him I wanted to cancel my purchase and then he asked me if I really expected to get a camera that cost you guys $1600 for the price you listed on your web site, and I said "that's the price it says on your web site." I repeated I wanted to cancel my order and he said that I HAD TO get the camera. I did finally get him to cancel the order – I believe, at least he said he canceled it (that's okay – I put in a call to my credit card company and they are watching for the charge). Your site is really dishonest, or else the person that is working for you is dishonest. You really need to check into this if what he says is what your policy is. If not, the BBB will be involved, as well as a ton of fraud web site watchers.

Just call the number on the cammera professionals website 800-496-0227 and press 1 and then 1. when the guy answers the phone ask about the Nikon D60. "Be ready for a surprise".

Also if you want to have a real good time, after pressing 1 and then 1, when the guy answers swear at them, just one word will do. You'll be in for a treat.

"Try it" It really works.
