Worst internet company!

Worst customer service ever. I never received my order and was not notified that I would not be receiving my order. I ordered a camcorder on 11/27. The camera was supposed to come in within a week. It wasn't until 12/10 that they called to confirm my order. They hadn't even processed the order. Then we wait another week and I call on 12/18 to find out where our camera was. The rude customer service agent told me they were backordered. I asked her why I wasn't informed of this when the gentleman called to confirm the order. She told me, "he should have." We go on vacation without a camcorder and I called today 1/15 and again the very rude customer service agent told me they were not getting the camcorders in. I asked why I wasn't called and she said, "well - they should have sent you an e-mail." They did not send me an e-mail and I would never have known if I had not called. Then she asked me, "do you want to cancel the order?" I told her that was a crazy question, the camcorders where not coming in --isn't it that The Camera Professionals are canceling the order because you can't deliver? She asked again if I wanted to cancel the order, to which I replied, "Your question doesn't make sense. I still want the camcorder for the price you quoted me, but you can't deliver." She got frustrated with my challenge and said, "Fine, your cancellation number is XXXX" and hung up.
