As others have mentioned, when you place the order, they send you an e-mail telling you to call and verify your card information. I got another e-mail 2 hours later stating they needed the three digit code on the back of my card, which was not indicated on the order screen. I was weary about e-mailing back the code, so decided to call. The person I spoke with was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered and immediately transferred me to another person, which I stayed on hold for at least 10 min. before hanging up. Since I could not get in touch with them, I decided to cancel my order and sent them an e-mail indicating to do so. Two hours after I sent an e-mail to cancel the order, a response was given to my e-mail. It merely said, "F_ _ _!!" In all capital letters. What kind of service is this and why is this company allowed to stay in business? I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

I placed and order and they called to "confirm" a few days later. What the call was for was for them to try to sell me additional stuff that I did not want. When I told them to just send me the camera, I never heard from them again and I never received my item. I tried to contact via email and phone to no avail. I agree that it is a front or either just a poor business establishment. Luckily, they did not charge my credit card.
