Possible fraud scheme?

As some other unfortunate "sap" found out... This company will not return your call, or email! Period. Oh, by the way, they have a 7 day return policy. Fine. Problem is, they won't answer the phone! Then you have to leave a message, only to NOT have it returned. Oh, and when they do return your call (during the third MONTH, actually!) they tell you it's too late. The 7 days are past! Are you kidding me?!!!! AAAArrrrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!!!

If that wasn't enough, then there's this: The Canon 5D camera seemed to be a "repak". It was supposed to be a new camera. I have purchased other Canon products (and I love Canon products) and they were packaged much better than this (the most expensive Canon product I've purchased to date). Adding insult to injury, the camera was broken right out of the box. The morons sent me the wrong batteries for this camera. I opened one of them before I realized this. Now they won't replace it because I opened it! Am I surprised? What do you think?

Thinking of purchasing anything from this company? Take my advice: Send your money to charity instead. At least you'll feel good about parting with your thousands of dollars, and you won't lose sleep over having to deal with the worst customer service on the planet! (if not unethical).

I was wondering if you had call your credit card company? A lot of them will not put up with stuff like this. False advertisement.

Were there any good comments about "The Camera Professionals"? I already to purchase a Nikon D40X and they seem to have the best price.
