I have received a text message on my mobile that I have won GBP17, 2000 in the on going NOKIA UK PROMO. For the claims I was requested to contact through a Tel. Number- 00447045730922 or through Email- nokia.Uk.promo@uk2.net

It this an authenticated message ?

Please advice me.
