Violated City Ordinance 2242 that required maintaining a 30 foot buffer along residential homes on Lincoln ave for the New Aloft Hotel. Then claimed Harassment to homeowners to avoid fixing the issue.
Red Lobster has been in business illegally since it opened in 1997 because the buffer was not properly installed either.
