Refer to the information given below, i would like to complain regards cashier rudeness to me, and this is 2nd time im facing rude of the cashier.

INCDENT 1
(1) I dont remember the date for this incdent because i was on hurry and just verbally report at customer service counter and walk away .I bought some stuff and sandal, and accdiently the sandal i took dont have price but i bring another sandal wit price tag, and the cashier said, its not the same and go n take another 1 the same 1 with price, and she was extermely rude when saying this tome and i do ask her back, its not my job, its ur job to do tat else u should ask any of ur colluage to do it.but im vegetable didint weigh i know its my fault and othed wit price tag if not there is not the customer fault aite.im disppoineted.

(a) is it correct folliwing the policy, customer need to walk back and tk the same item wih price tag if the item they took dont havent any price tag?

(b) she can just ask any1 to help check the price, thou as i knoe, usually there is bell or anytg if the cshier need help

(2) This time i bought some bread and seems my little son was so hurry and the que for paying was long, so what i did, i gv him the bread and que to pay for the bread and keep on the cashier tray wit some other stuff that i bought, suddenly she scolded me, why keeping rubbish all here, i was shocked, thou the barred code was the for her to scan, i was so polite least im paying for the bread and if im bad person i might throw away the packing and not paying for the bread.

(a) she should talk in proper way and explain, no such thing scolded me like tat and there was another customer also and she ask me, u keep quite thou she talking like tat, i was ashmed (im not satisfied wit this) i was angry, its effect my imej.

(b) there is no such rules posted and printed out and shown anytg saying read cannnot be eat before pay or anything?

So since this is the second incdent wit the cahsier and walk direct to customer service and report, they was like saying ok ok and dont even botther to ask me sorry, i was so angry till i said i wanna see teh duty manager, call the person incharge, as know im customer and i have my own right.So after a while they call the duty manager and report and he ask me to write shorthly bout the incdent and he shown me tat the issue been lighted in manager whats app group (im not sure in details) but till to date i dont get any feedback from any one.

So please consider this compaian, im not happy and i was disappointed wit tesco services.They dont seems follow their slogan.

Tesco staff manager stourport

Store manger CHRIS is abusive and a liar and will call you racist names and derogatery names ect .. and if you ask them to stop they say their doing nothing so this time after manager finish abusing me verbally. i pulled out my sound dictaphone and had car key fob ring digital video recorder. in my hand the whole time when i showed him this his jaw dropped openr and they left. some of staff in here are very abusive others are well manerred unlike this vile person chris the manager i will be suing tescos but i think they not want to as i been collecting recorded sound and vision for a year in store as only way i can prove anything as chris and his gleeek are vile and bare faced liars

Tesco my sponsor letter has been forgotten by hr cik siti

We have go to Tesco at 1 September and request to meet Ck Sit a Hr manager, To deliver a Letter of asking for sponsor for our event, we KPTM student that use Tesco as our main supply is really sad and frustrated by this situation. We are not hopping much even a pack of tissue is enough to make us feel grateful. But as far as we can see Ck sit didn't even take our letter seriously. We sure hope That Tesco Lamb Sarah Kota bharu can review this poor service. Yes its not an important event, but we as a KPTM student has support tesco for so many years and this situation has given us very bad review. Please review her qualification as a HR manager, How can he give us a stupid answer "Im sorry I forgot to see your letter" . We KPTM student hope that Tesco management take this mater seriously . Thank you.

Tesco poor customer service and delivery service

I booked a slot from 12 to 2, never arrive until 2.30pm, make a customer service call, she said that the lorry can only arrive at 4pm, and since i have to leave my house before 3pm i asked if she can book me another slot and the thing she keep repeating : That's nothing she can do, i have to cancelled all my orders, and re do the whole process if i wan to book another slot, or i have to wait for the late lorry driver like an idiot until 4pm, as if my time is worthless and all i need to do for the whole day is to wait for the delivery, that's a reason u create delivery slot, which means u have to deliver during the slot.

As for the customer service, tesco seriously need to consider the function of it, what use of customer service if they cant do simple job such as booking another slot for the customers? so their function is just to call the driver for the consumer, and merely repeat to the consumers that's nothing they can do about it, just cancel the whole order? Do you realize how bad customer service as such make tesco look?

Another thing is why there's not call from customer service informing about the late delivery, If i did not decided to call, does that mean i have to wait until 4pm to realize you deliver it late? this is just horrible!

I am not sure will tesco malaysia really look into this matter, who know?A company is just as good as its weakest link

Tesco different price charge after delivery

I ordered online from Tesco online store on 23rd August 2017, 5.30pm and asking for delivery on the next day 24th August 2017 at around 10-12am. I have been charge with delivery charges of RM4.

Ordered 17 items. I get all the items but there is one substitute items which is okay and understood. But there are 3 items delivered with different prices while ordered.

1. Jati Padi Super Special Tempatan 5% 10kg RM23.99 (ordered price).
Invoice stated as RM25.99
2. Breeze Colour Care Concentrated Liquid Detergent 4.4kg RM19.99
Invoice stated as RM22.99 (seriously I never buy at this price because I know there is always a promotion price)
3. Sunlight Lime 100 With Real Lime Extracts Dishwashing Liquid 1000ml RM4.89
Invoice stated as RM6.79 (really?)

I feel unfair as the price can change in one night. There is a clause stated by TESCO on the different price due to the promotion date and changing in store prices. I'm aware on the promotion date but that is not the case. I feel that TESCO is manipulated their customer on this clause 'changing in store prices'. How can the price change in one night.

Please be careful everyone. I'm buying groceries for my sick parents in Penang while I'm staying in Selangor. It fell so unfair been treated like this by TESCO. It just a little ringgit but, this is really UNETHICAL.

Tesco nicocig refills.

dear sir/madame, i smoke e-cigs, but for the last month i cannot get any from my local tesco superstore in bury st edmunds, i, v tried thetford, they have some sometimes, but travelling is expensive, i have asked before bu to no avail, i am now getting my e-cigs from sainsburys which i didnt want to do, if your not going to supply can you please let me know. yours D Plested.

Tesco tesco 2 beef wellingtons

For Sunday lunch I purchased the product as above which I thought would be a nice treat for my partner and me. However it was a great disappointment.
Whilst it was quite tasty, the meat inside was tough as old boots and did not appear to be fillet steak as it said on the label {"Two beef fillet steaks with a mushroom duxelle encased in puff pastry"}. Your family steak pies put it in disgrace and are half the price..
I purchased it at Tesco Chard on 23/07/2017, price £7.

Tesco vegetarian pulled pork and labelling

ON 14th July, at 2100 hrs approx, I wanted to buy some vegetarian food suitable for use on a barbacue. I unfortunately threw the packages away.
Since, I intended to use it the next day, it was stored in the coldest part of the fridge. I became worried the barbacue temperature would not cook it through despite being partially defrosted andd so transferred it to the oven.
I personally found the vegetarian pork burger unappetising and became alarmed when I learned from my daughter she had food poisoning. I asked others if they were ok and we simply concluded it was unlikely to be the cause but no one liked it. I stored two that were cvooked but uneaten in the fridge and wrapped in cling film to see if the were better cold .I was surprised to find the product slimy and a taste test cautioned me not to swallow anything and throw it away.
Your food is generally safe and good and I think I should have sent it for testing which is my error.
I do however fel that the label shou;d hasve said this product is completely unsuitable to use on a barbacue. It has now made me wary of any vegetarian food being cooked on a barbacue.

Tesco petrol station

A while ago I filled up my 45ltre petrol tank in my car. I have had the car for four years. I KNOW how much petrol it takes and how many miles I get to the tank - I am quite particular about measuring it. And somehow I managed to get 50litres into said 45litre tank. I complained to Tesco and they said they couldnt do anything as I had gone through CAB.
HOWEVER
Today (13 July 2017 - 5.20pm) my husband filled up - 47litres in his car which also has a 45litre tank. He also knows his car well and exactly how much his car uses. The warning light hadnt even come on for him. He complained then and there and they told him it was his car and that he probably hadnt taken into account the reserve tank...which is total rubbish. In front of him they tried filling up a 10ltr container. It was still an inch from the 10ltr mark and already registered 10.3ltr and they tried to say that shows the pump is accurate. RUBBISH! It hadnt even reached 10ltr and was already over 10ltr on the pump! Their pumps are clearly dodgy!

Tesco customer services

Went today to Tesco in Weston Super Mare. At the self service I had an item ( girls tights) with a yellow label but it was a bit ribbed. Asked the lady to help me put it through the till since I couldn't do it. Instead of checking if it can go through and what the description will come up, she said that she will call her colleague to help me and walked away with the item. Few minutes later she came back saying some one is coming but no one did. After awhile she came back saying that reduced clothes don't have yellow labels but red. She then took the yellow label off and trashed it. I told her I know and understand since I work for Tesco but this was in a bin with loads of reduction clothing with yellow labels. She left and came back to the till with a ladies top with a red sticker to show me clothing is only label in red. By then I was really upset and felt like I'm being treated like someone trying to steel a girl's tights label at 30p when I was standing with clothes worth £30 in my hand. I took her to the bin to proof it's all labelled in yellow. The she says oh but the other items are all in the original packaging . I pointed out the reason why it's because there's items missing from it. Example a 3 pack men's boxers was only 2 in the package. Some of the clothing was in fruit plastic bags. I was so shakend and the only thing she could say was because she was told clothing doesn't come with yellow stickers, there's nothing she can do. I nearly dropped all the clothes on floor and was about to leave the store. I need the clothes since we drove 3 hours to the beach and it was raining. She suggested that I speak to her manager and I said no thank you. I need to leave the store, after paying for the items I went to get a tag off one of the clothing and I could hear her telling a staff memeber what has just happen. That basically pushed me over the edge and demanded to speak to the store manager that was nowhere to be found. One of the day manager came over to apologise but by then I felt like a criminal. Must say this is the worst customer service ever. Sorry but they or need training or need to be replaced. I've gone into different Tesco and have had the best service ever without them knowing I work for Tesco.

Tesco security service very bad attitude

I would like to complaint about the security service at tesco semenyih is very bad attitude and rude to all customer and tesco staff. What me and my wife saw is the security not responsible to to their work, but all disturb all customer and also just few minute before I buy a goods inside the tesco, some staff tesco shout and angry to the security, she said the security (Foreigner) make touch her body like sexual harassment. Then she go to the police station make a report. If the management not to change new security, this issue will go to the press news local.

Tesco tesco's poor online service

I placed an order for 24/2/17 2 p.m to 4 p.m order no. is [protected], however i waited until 5 p.m the delivery still had not turn up. I called tesco customer service at 5.05p.m and she told me she can do nothing since the order was cancelled due to stock unavailability. I told her nobody bothered to call me to inform about the order. All she said is nothing she can do because stock is out and order cancelled. They also never bothered to replace another product with similar quality and price. The product I ordered was a bag of 10KG dog food because I have no car at home at the time and cannot go out to buy it myself. My poor dog was so hungry I have to feed him with human food which is bad for his health! tesco was so irresponsible and this quality of service is unacceptable!

Tesco security and service

We are one of the adhoc vendors over a weekend recently, on Sunday, I was almost rob by two male suspect INSIDE the MALL.

The space that we were provided for promotional booth on the weekends were no seen of cctv nearby and no security personals seen doing their rounds.

I do hope such environment that Tesco Puchong Malaysia providing to their buyers or vendors need to be seriously to look into. Please be REMINDED that everyone in TESCO MALL is an ambassador to an INTERNATIONAL BRAND. Safety should be a TOP priority for everyone WHO ARE IN TESCO.

A hypermarket place for family which need to be safe and comfortable at all times. It is not something that need to be taken lightly, lives of people can be jeopardize for such matter taken lightly.

I am very disappointed and do not feel safe having our booth set up in the mall nor even shop in there!

Beside security, Mall Managers are RUDE too. This is another issue for your kind management to dearly look into. There is always a proper way to ask for an outstanding payments. If you need to be RUDE, so be it BUT please be reminded you are also representing TESCO staffs! This is WHAT we will label on TESCO HIRED RUDE EMPLOYEES!

Kindly look into the matter.

Saya agak kesal dgn pekerja Tesco 2 tingkat di sungai petani bahagian sayur2..sya dan suami selalu pergi membeli barang2 Rumah sekitar pukul 10.30mlm ke atas atas sbb husband selesai menjaga bisnes stall food court sendiri pukul tersebut.sebelum ni kami ada ditegur oleh staff di tempat sayur suka beli malam sbb apa sbb senang org tak ada?bkn sbb itu ya sbb tgu suami selesai kerjanya..bkn ini yg buat sya kesal tp pada 17.12.2016 dlm lingkungan pukul 11mlm sya masuk bahagian sayur dn sya suka ambil barang timbang masukkan dlm troli dahulu baru timbang.tp ada seorang pekerja lelaki berbaju staff sedang tgu dan memerhatikan sya.selesai sya ambil barang sya nak timbang.tiba2 dia sibukkan diri sahaja buat kerja lain.dia minta kawan dia buat.tapi kawan di buat separuh dan minta org lain buat.sya terpaksa menunggu untuk ambil hanya kerana sikap main2 meraka..sya harap pihak tesco dpt ambil tindakan kepada pekerja lelaki yg bertugas pada tarikh Dan waktu tersebut di kaunter timbang..jgn biarkan sikap mereka Ini merosakkan nama baik tesco.mohon selepas ini tidak berlaku lg

Tesco attitude and behavior (no manners)

At the first, i am a customer where i just can't see the sign for counter 28 just for 10 types of goods... But she still accept me, and said this is just for 10 goods counter.. So i just answered, so what can i do? But she just ignore and continue with calculated my things... Its ok if she want me change the counter.. But she just continue her works.. Then i dont know.. So its ok.. Afterthat shes continue her speak, without carefully, and shows her manners... Like, after this i will not buy anything here, because i give some trouble to others customer... But actually whos wrong in this case... Shes look so rude.. If i said in malay, like... lepasni tak boleh beli something dari tesco, sebab awak dah menyusahkan orang lain... Main campak je barang yang saya beli... Sangat kurang ajar... Saya bertimbang rasa lagi ni.. Sila ambil tindakan nasihat, saya pun pernah jadi staff cashier kerje dekat secret recipe even saya mendapati customer saya tak betul dan bukan memudaratkan, saya still menjaga adab saya sebagai pekerja...

Tesco overcharged / inconsistent price tags / rude and arrogant customer service staff

My visit to your branch last Saturday 13 August 2016 was a most unpleasant one. I already wrote in 1 complaint to the store manager @ Tesco Paradigm Mall (Malaysia) and 1 to Tesco Malaysia website on Saturday itself, 1 on social media, but have received zero response so far.

Firstly, I was over charged for my purchase. I promptly went back to double check on the prices and snapped a picture of the price tag with my handphone. Then I went to your customer service counter. An Indian lady and a young Malay man was on duty.

I was initially attended by the Indian lady. I showed 2 items I thought I was over charged for; a muffin and a box of grapes. I showed them the items, my receipt and the pictures of the prices on my phone. I guess the Indian lady was new as she kept consulting the Malay man who told me the price of the grapes "dah naik harga (price went up)" from RM9.39 (price show on tag) to RM12.49 (price I paid for) because "ini peraturan kerajaan (this is government law)". I demurred as what has the kerajaan (government) to do with this mistake and how can you put a price tag on an item for sale, but charge another amount without informing the customer? This is misleading and not adhering to consumer rights law!

Then I told him if the price went up, Tesco MUST update the price tag and not mislead customers. His reply was "ini peraturan baru. Kita tak boleh simply nak update price. Kena tunggu email/memo". (This is new law. We cannot simple update the price. We have to wait for email / memorandum). He then had the cheek to ask me to go back to the place where I found my items to double check on the price again! At this point I was really cheesed off. I brought my purchases to you. I showed you my receipt. I showed you pictures of the price tags. Shouldn't you as Tesco staff go and check to make sure it's correct? I told him "You should go and check! I cannot do your job for you!"

The he told the Indian lady to go and check because "Benda cam ni yang buat saya angin ni! (These kind of things makes me pissed off!) " He raised his voice and was showing his displeasure.

I said what do you mean? Your price is wrong what. You cannot just say peraturan kerajaan (government law) and expect me to be OK and just pay the price difference!

Are you ready for his finale?

"So sekarang nak refund ke ape! Ni nak tak? Kalau refund no problem! Jangan buat bising di sini! (So do you want a refund now? If you want a refund, no problem. Don't make noise here!)"

I said It's not just about the RM2++ refund. It's the principle behind it! This is false advertising! You cannot just say peraturan kerajaan and prople are expected to accept. This is not just about the money bit anymore.

Sometime this point the Indian lady came back from her check and yes, I was indeed overcharged for the grapes. Regarding the muffin, she claimed there was another price tag saying a different price that I didn't see. He refunded me the balance without an apology or even looked at me.

I went to look for the manager to make a complaint and I was told HE WAS the supervisor in charge! After a while I found another store manager whom I spoke to. I also wrote in an official complaint. In the heat of the moment, I did not get his name. But if Tesco were to investigate, you should easily find out who was on duty today at approximately 545pm. Your customer service guy was wearing a pink short sleeved shirt. Check the CCTV if need be. I hope you manage to record the sound as well.

I ask Tesco Malaysia this:

1. Price tag mistakes happen at Tesco all the time, yes or no?

2. How are the customer service officers trained to respond to complaints like these? Is "kerajaan naik harga dan kita tak boleh simply update" one of the standard responses? Is it even a logical response?

3. Being in the wrong, as any human being, shouldn't you be humble about it and apologize especially since IT IS proven you are in the wrong?

I guess the most shocking discovery to me was that someone so rude and arrogant as he could be in customer service. He wasnt just rude to me, he was also rude to his lady colleague during the exchange. He is THE FACE OF TESCO PARADIGM MALL and clearly, he hates his job.

I hope for the betterment of your esteemed establishment, you relook into staff training and job delegation as who you allow to front your business is very important.

In short, I was overcharged and got scolded because I asked for a refund! Aside from his apologies, your store manager could not offer me any explanantion so he didn't. He has promised to forward my complaint to his "big boss" but I have decided to write in on my own again. Let's see if TESCO' Malaysia's "Because we care" slogan really rings true.

What I expect is an explanation, an apology and an assurance that this will not happen again in the future.

Tesco when order delivery, they deliver almost expired stuff, and also there is hidden fee

I received the delivery from tesco, I have a few experiences that the stuff I received were almost expired, and the package is super bumpy. I believed that they deliver stuff that has been stored long time due to they are not in the good shape to store in the shop. who want to buy bumpy, smashed, almost expired stuff?

Also there is a hidden charge for shipping, which is not in your bill for delivery.
Tesco claimed it is on the website, but it just makes us really confused since that fee is not in your bill, and delivery person simply adds charge by hand writing upon delivery very doubtful way.
It should be in the printed bill in the first place.

Tesco the most dirty toilet and rude/inconsiderate cleaner

Dear Management,

Time and again, the cleaniless of toilet in Tesco Bukit Tinggi Klang has been getting worse nowadays. 5 toilets in a row, there is only 1 functioning in poor condition. Worst still, one with the toilet bowl full of ###. There was a long queue of customer lining up for their turn. The rude cleaner was scolding the customers including myself about the toilet. Still continue scolding, she then take a pale of water and start splashing the water to the toilet bowl full of ### and the ### water splash out and it spills to me and another customer. The another customer tried to calm her down but the cleaner lost her control and continue to splash. She then scold the customer who calmed her down and shouted at all of us who are lining up saying, u all want complain, complain la..!
It was the WORST customer service in toilet i have ever encountered in my life!
Should you have the time, feel free to drop by this hypermarket toilet and have a look on yourself. It has gone from bad to worse. I hope the management can do take some serious action on it.
In another saying, this service is even worse than a toilet service offered in rural area, but we are living in a urban city area.

Tesco unethical services

Last Saturday on (03/10/2015) i had applied for AEON monthly Installment to buy a freezer and was told by staff the procedure will took two days for processing. 05/10/2015-Received call from AEON STAFF, that application is processing. 06/10/2015-AEON told me that application is succeed and waiting for claim from TESCO. 08/10.2015-Asked TESCO STAFF to get information regarding my application, the answer was given is, the staff who handling this application is on leave and TESCO currently running the AUDIT and not any application will be process.The staff have no any ideas to give explanation until how many days. 09/10/2015. Information from AEON STAFF, they still waiting claim from TESCO BUKIT PUCHONG.Till today i still got nothing info from TESCO. With this answers i felt better for TESCO to closed the business hour during the AUDIT. Please do the needful to the customer and please inform the customer if you not able to deliver good services.

Tesco accused of stealing and allowing my pictures to be taken without permission.

Hi all, would like to voice out disapointment where my wife was treated rudely by personnel at Tesco kepong which is at the hq. There was a misunderstanding at the cash register where cashier had bagged and released the items without fully checking and key in. My wife advised her
to come and check and upon that was asked to produce receipt for some of the items which were not accounted for. Without waiting for clarification, store LPS, Caring pharmacy person and some other have started accusing case as theft where some customers and caring pharmacy person started snapping pictures of her without her permission.
This had embarassed her where Teso was seen unruly through its staff instead of exercising diplomacy and fairness in isolating the case and avoid unfair damage.
It is deemed unfair and violates the rights of an individual as a customer where pictures are taken illegally against permission even though it a misunderstanding where the tesco security is negligent in exercising rightful caution to stop or deter people from doing so as it is happening at their premises.. Snapped pictures can be used to discredit people and is is sad that reputable companies like tesco fail to practice careful policies and diplomatic adherence
Therefore Teso Malaysia, please ensure that we Malaysians are not harassed in this manner. I am putting this out as am very utterly ashamed even though am a loyalist for almost 12 years and have voice out the complaint at the store to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else
