MYGAMESTOCK.COM. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! For those of you who missed that... DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Now I'll tell you why... This company provides electronic in-game currencies for MMORPG like World of Warcraft, Eve Online etc. I was was stupid enough to believe what they had written on their website (naive fool as I was!).

Their site indicates delivery within 12 hours... don't you believe it. I ordered an amount of gold for WOW from them and, over two weeks later, they still hadn't delivered it in full to me. They were out of stock, which I could understand and accept with some annoyance (after all, they made sure they took the money first before telling me..). However, what followed was an example of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I actually deal with Chinese companies as part of my job, but this company was absolutely appalling, even allowing for language fluency.

They gave me one empty promise after another. "it will be ready in a few hours" "a few more hours" etc etc etc. This went on for over two weeks! They were deliberately misleading, rude, dishonest and did not care one iota for the customers they were ripping off, me included. The only way to resolve this was by reporting the matter to PayPal.. and even then they continued to drivel out half-truths and un-truths.

Please, learn by my unfortunate experience, these people sell what they don't have and then abuse you patience, and trust and money by stringing you along for days and weeks. Their service center provides no service, their managers are never available and they will take your money without the ability to provide the goods. In Europe, that's generally considered fraudulent and dishonest..
