On March 20, 2008 I called Dependable Locks, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas because I was locked out of my home. The man had trouble unlocking one door so he tried another door. He couldn't get that lock opened either. He went back to the original door and tried repeatedly to open the door. After about 15 minutes, he got a screw driver and tore the lock off the door. He didn't inform me that he was about to break a very expensive door lock. After he broke my lock, he told me he would have to put on another lock. It was cheap. He wanted me to pay for the lock he had broken. I told him I would not pay for a lock he broke. He left with the key to the lock and would not give me a key. I called the Little Rock, Arkansas company three times to ask for a key to the lock. Each time he said he left the key. Why would I call them if I had a key...
