Terrible service!

I ordered "The Little House on the Prairie" Series 1-10 back on March 2007. I received my order and 10 weeks later and was very upset. Eight of the 9 DVD cases were damaged, I was missing Series #10, and the DVD's were HORRIBLE!!! They obviously were done unprofessionally. I then began emailing them that I wanted Series #10 sent to me immediately. Then I told them that I wanted a complete new series #-10. It took a few weeks, but I FINALLY got a response through email. They apologized to me and said that they would check on it. Weeks went by, I continued to email them and call them but got no response. My last email to the was that I wanted a full refund immediately. I now see that you can't even get on their website.
The bad part of all of this is that my 12 year old daughter saved up money to order these DVD's for herself. Now I can't get her a refund and she paid for a DVD that she did not receive.
I am VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING!!!
