Terrible Service

It is now June and I signed up for my service with NetZero getting the NetZero 3G nigh speed Dial-up because I am in college online and can't get DSL where I live. For the first couple months it was fine. But now I get dropped from the internet about 6 to 12 times a day. I called about it and was told I would have to pay 1.95 a minutes to talk to someone to get it straight. Why would you have to pay someone to fix something you are already paying for. Thank does not make any sence. The women I spoke with in customer service was rude and did not help me at all. She could not, or acted like she did not understand what I was saying and just kept repeating for me to call tech support.I told her I don't have a credit card and even if I did I was not paying to talk to someone about a problem I was having with service I was already paying for each month. I finally told her they could expect a call from me next week when I get my disk for earthlink to cancel my sevice. After reading the other complaints on here I will also call at&t and tell them to block them from charging me any further that I canceled my service with them. i am very mad about this service they claim to be the best dial-up provider but that it a bold face lie and I would not recomend them to anyone ever!!!
