I purchased the magicjack and was thoroughly Disappointed... no local ph # in my area meant that anyone calling me would have to call long distance... I may incur additional phone charges when I use the magicjack... 911 service for me was registered in cities over 200 miles away... when trying to get a refund, I can't find a viable link to get my ' RMA # ' which magicjack requires to apply for my refund...

TOTAL RIPOFF as far as my opinion... BUYER BEWARE!!!

Yo vivo en usa y compre un Magicjack al hacer exactamente 28 dias de estar usandolo dejo de funcionar y me da un mensaje que dice ERROR BROKEN STORAGE hemos contactado con ellos via chet que es lo unico que tienen para servicio el cliente y nadie ha podido resolverme el problema por lo que creo que ademas de el equipo ser tremenda basura que no debia estar autorizada su venta en Estados Unidos, el personal que tienen atendiendo servicio al cliente son unos ineptos que no saben nada del equipo. NO COMPREN ESA BASURA
