Terravision London Finance this is not a legit transport company - stay clear!

This is a scam company! Their business idea is NOT to transport passengers, but to charge in advance, then "changing" their timetables and "cancel" buses, without any notices and then stranding their costumers.
Probably they don't even have the number of buses needed for transporting the number of passengers that already payed.
They never accept any responsibility for what ever reason, referring to the company's "terms and conditions". Quote: "Upon purchasing the ticket, you agreed to accept the company's terms and conditions, which clearly state that Terravision is not liable for any inconvenience caused, as well as losses, damages or costs incurred by passengers due to service delays or cancellations."
So when you get stranded or miss your flight due to the Terravision bus that never came, just forget about getting any compensation or even a refund!
Get this fraud company out of business, please!

Terravision London Finance Airport bus transfer service

Booked tickets from PISA airport to Florence and return journey.
Got an email less than 24 hours prior to first leg, telling me the bus had been cancelled!
I could get an earlier bus, which would noit have been possible due to arrival time, or wait 4 hours at the airport for a later bus!

Used a different provider for first leg of journey.

Onced again, 24 hours prior to return journey, got yet another email telling me the bus had been cancelled!

When trying to get a refund, the company took 1 week to even acknowledge my request and then wanted copies of the bus tickets, plus evidence of my flight booking! ( I fail to see what my flight details had to do with my claim )
I explained that the booking reference I provided in my initial contact email would have had all the ticket details, but this seemed to fall on deaf ears!
I have little confidence that I will ever get my refund.

Terravision London Finance Bus did not show up

We have a very band experience with Terravision as detailed below. I think this company is a disgrace and should be shut down.

We bought on-line Terravision coach tickets for 2 adults to travel from Stansted Airport from Redbridge Station on 26 April 2013 at 20:42. The bus didn't arrive on time. Only at around 21:00 Terrravision's attendant showed up and told us that the next bus will be "around 9.30pm" (!) and when we complained she said it was not her fault. What kind of customer service was that? We almost missed our flight because Terravision coach did not show up and we had to pay £37 for a minicab to catch the flight. I expect Terravision to reimburse the consequential lost of £37 for the mincab instead of the £12 for the coach tickets. However it took them about 8 weeks from the date of the incident to address the problem and by that time I have lost my patience to continue talking to this company.

Avoid like a plague. You have been warned.

Terravision London Finance Airport Shuttle

Here is what happened:

I'm from Brazil and in order to facilitate my travel to Rome I purchased through Terravision's website the bus transfer from Fiumicino Airport to Termini Station for Sept, 18th and the return for the next day, Sept, 19th.

On Sept, 18th I arrived at FCO Airport, went to the bus stop, showed my printed tickets to the gentleman standing at the bus door, he just crossed the first 2 codes (for me and my boyfriend). We placed our luggage at the baggage compartment and proceed to Termini Station. So far, so good.

On the day after, we had the tickets for the 3:30pm bus. That?s where I had problems.

We arrived at the line for the bus and then, when I tried to give the same printed ticket to the gentleman at the door, he just ignored me completely and started to wave and BLOW KISSES to some girl inside the bus. In order to not waste time I told my boyfriend to go ahead and put our luggage inside the baggage compartment. When the gentleman finally decided to give me some attention, it was already 3:30pm and he just told me that I could not get on the bus, that I had to retrieve the tickes from the Terravision?s desk inside the building. How was I supposed to know that, specially if when he was supposed to be doing his job, he was just blowing kisses to some girl?

So, he made us take out our luggage instead of letting us in the bus. (And I really begged him to let us in!)

So, without choice, I went to the Terravision?s desk and found out that the next bus wouldn?t leave for another 40 minutes (at 4:10pm), which was impossible for me, because the gate for my flight would close at 5:10pm, so I wouldn?t make it.

The girl at the desk told me get a taxi to the airport, and write to Terravision Claims dept explaining what happened, in order to get a refund, otherwise, I would loose my flight.

About the guy, I asked him his name, and here is what he told me: Why you want to know my name? I CAN?T TELL you my name.

That?s right. As you can see, he knows that what he did was wrong and I would be holding him responsible.

The amount for the taxi was 48 euros. I've sent it to Terravision's Claim Dept and after 1 month, I got back a COUPON for 8 euros, which is valid for 6 months only.

This have got to be a joke!

The Exact thing happened to me last week. The worst thing is that i was with an infant and still they are neither kind and very rude to me. the lady responsible for making us board the bus, said that she will kick off the luggage and they even had empty seats inside the bus! . I also took the taxi ride and i strongly believe that there is a connection between the taxi guys and Terravision guys
and this is being done to many others purposefully. Do not cheat on innocent passengers like this.

Hello there,

Please allow us to reply. We do apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with us in Rome and for the behavior of our staff.

Due to the amount of passengers in Rome Termini, a Boarding Card system has been developed. We are very sorry that the staff at the bus stop didn’t mention it to you and be assured that we are currently investigating this issue as this is totally unacceptable on their behalf.

To avoid this miscommunication though, we had undertaken several measures both onsite and online about the boarding card system :
- Signs outside the Terracafè lounge bar (Terravision special lounge bar for passengers) and inside at the Terravision desk
- Signs at the bus stop
- Explanation on our website, on the Rome Fiumicino service page http://www.terravision.eu/ciampino_bus_info.html (this is our new website, however the information was also available on the previous version, since June)
- Explanation on the printed ticket (where you had the bar code as you mentioned) as follows:
“To guarantee your seat on the bus to Ciampino/Fiumicino airports, please make sure to go to the Terravision desk inside the Terracafè to pick up your boarding card. Boarding cards will be given 20 minutes before the bus is due to depart. You will need both your printed ticket and boarding pass to board the bus.”
It seems our efforts aren’t yet enough and we’ll make sure to pass on your feedback to the relevant teams.

We would also like to mention that it is clearly specified on our website (and usually on airlines’ or airports’ websites) that it is highly recommended to schedule a bus transfer so as to be at least 2h in advance at the airport (http://www.terravision.eu/ciampino_bus_info.html #1). Following our recommendations, it would have been preferable to book the 2 pm bus (arriving at the airport at 3) instead of the 3.30 bus (arriving at 4.15) for a flight at 5.10.

Considering this, our policy would not allow any refund. However, as we are truly sorry about the staff’s behavior and do totally understand the inconvenience, we did send you a coupon to be used on any of our services for a period of 6 months. You can use it at your convenience or offer it to a friend (as we understand you don’t live in Europe and may not travel back here anytime soon).
We apologize once again about your experience with us and guarantee you that your feedback has been heard and measures will be taken.

Terravision London Finance Terravision cancels service, doesn't refund

On 30th may 2010 I bought two coach tickets for the airport transfer service

between Bratislava airport and Vienna, from the Terravision representative in Stansted airport, worth £20. Arriving in Bratislava there was no bus at the departure point, the local office was closed. After waiting 30 minutes after the scheduled departure times, and being clear that there is no bus service, we used a local company for the transfer. Arriving back in London I have contacted terravision and asked for a refund, according to their T&C. They refused to refund, offering a voucher for 16 Euros instead, which I refuse to accept. In their T&C it is stated that they will refund in case of service cancellation. They are not answering my emails any more.

Totally agree!
The business idea of this "company" isn't even about transporting people. It's about selling ticket online in advance and then stranding their passengers!
"Buses braking down" seems to be a standard and constantly recurring theme for this so called company.
I am convinced that Terravison doesn't have even half the number of buses needed to transport half of the passengers that have prepaid their tickets.
It's a total scam and disgrace that this company is allowed to perform their scam in Europe!

Me and my fiancee we paid the tickets from Amsterdam to airport on their website... their buss did not came... we lost the plane... after speaking with them 2 months on e-mail they refuse to give us back the money and of course no argument was presented to us, why their buss did not came.
In our opinion they are the worst buss company we ever saw in many years of traveling around the world!
Walk better, don't travel with them!
Tell to all your friend too about them... is better to prevent then to be in our situation, to lose your plane and to not receive your money back!
They could call us or write us some e-mail if the buss cannot come any more but nothing from them... and we waited in rain 1 hour for that buss...

I had a similar experience with terravision, I would not recommend this company. They didn't provide the bus service I had prebooked and the sparse explanation they gave, they gave only in italian. In the end I had to take the train, in order not to miss my flight and there were a lot of people with the same problem. I wrote to them afterwards, but didn't get a reply either.

I am also deeply disappointed by Terravision. I tried to use them for the first time last month. The results were:
- I almost missed my flight
- I was put under extreme pressure and anxiety
- I waited for more than an hour 2-3 buses which never came as it was scheduled
- it is a month now and despite several e-mails none has replied to my refund request

TERRA VISION ARE USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER AGAIN!
P.S. I WILL TAKE MY COMPLAINT TO THE OMBUDSMAN

I had the same problem in Rome with this company. Asked for a refund as i was travelling through Europe from Australia and they have not given me any reply. Yeah never again for me as well if i ever get back there.

I pre-booked a seat on Terravision from Finsbury square to Stansted. I went to the EXACT stop it said on the website and the ticket but upon arrival there was a sign on the bus stop saying it was not in use. i telephoned Terravision there and then 3 or 4 times but noone picked up. I waited 45 minutes, during which time TWO terravision buses should have shown up yet none whatsoever did! I filed a complaint yet Terravision still has not resolved the issue nor given me an apology, explanation, or refund. It has been over 3 weeks now! TERRAVISION IS A CROOKED COMPANY WITH DIRE/NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER RELY ON AN AIRPORT TRANSFER WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT!

After complaining to Terravision about identical problems, they refused to refund, based on dishonest arguments. Does anyone know an international or EU organization to witch I could send the complaint?

I had prebooked 2 tickets from Liverpool Street to Stansted.

After waiting for an hour at London Liverpool Street I have decided to get the train as the ticket attendant said to contact customer service for a full refund.

I have tried to contact Customer Service by email and by phone, they are useless, they haven't replied to any of my emails.

After 5 month I have decided to contact my bank and dispute the payment. I now have a full refund. You can do dispute after maximum 120 days, so be quick. :)

I WILL NEVER USE TERRAVISION AGAIN

I would like to inform that when I booked my return tiket in terravision web site, from London Victoria to Stansted Airport, the internet system just order one way ticket. Then I was forced to buy another one way ticket, spending more money. I complained by email to terravison, and the answer was: "We are sorry to inform you that unfortunately Terravision has a no refund policy for reasons of cancellation. Therefore, we are unable to refund clients for reasons of mistake ticket bookings. In accordance with terms and conditions published online, Terravision can only refund if a disservice has occurred and Terravision is responsible for it."
Unfortunately they did not assume the mistake. Anyone with the same problem, and do you know where is possible to do an oficial complain?

Same with me. I used to think that easyBus are rude charging me for early ticket cancellation. But at least they are giving this option. While Terravision offered me to buy a new ticket and give an old one to someone else. Yeah, like who? Go to airport and try to sell it to someone? Makes me wana kick their butts...
