Terra siberian cats and kittens review: Breeder is a possible scammer 36

We purchased a b&w tux from Ms Hart almost a year ago. We bought him for our son. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a pet. I tell my son all the time "give me that kitty". He's healthy, beautiful, and so friendly (I've never known a friendly cat before). I believe that the breeder, Ms Hart and her family are largely responsible for the way this kitten acts. I'm actually thinking that I need to see if she has one for me !

I think you both sound nuts. So much internet drama. Move on.

I was also threatened by this breeder. Note: if you live out of state and have had a run-in with this breeder, I would guess the only reason you weren't threatened physically is because you're out of state. It's horrific and unethical, what's going on with these people. They continue to harass me after I have asked them to stop contacting me repeatedly. This is a very sad and honestly, scary situation: an absolute nightmare for an animal lover! AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is why you should rescue instead, or get allergy shots, people. Don't put animals and yourselves in this kind of unacceptable situation.

In my opinion...I believe that Liz and Harry Hart have kept complaints about their business off the internet by threatening people. 3 of Terra Siberian clients that have complained received threats to remove or apologize for the complaints. One poor person had Harry Hart of Terra Siberians threaten their personal safely buy threating to post their address on Craigslist under a personal ad in hopes people would go to their home and attack them. That complaint is posted on the complaint boards in a separate complaint. PLEASE BEWARE OF TERRA SIBERIAN CATS OF WATERFORD MI.

I can only hope that the special needs daughter u and Liz have together, which has SPD (sensory processing disorder) NEVER sees HER FATHERS ignorant post. Being special needs makes u no less of a person than anyone else, in my opinion.

NO, Harry, not envious. Very happy with my life and the mate I chose. I am very proud of all my children and have NO SHAME I have 2 amazing autistic sons that will one day be contributing members in society.

I have posted your comments about special needs parents on FB, several moving sites and on 3 different special needs sites. Look there if u want to see peoples opinion of what u had to say. Good luck ever selling another therapy kitten.

Oh man. I completely disagree about Elizabeth Hart from Terra Siberians being a scammer. And for the record, I'm a real person with a real Terra Siberian cat. No one told me to come write on this page. This isn't meant to harass anyone. I just wanted to share my experience with Liz so people can see the other side of the coin. Liz has been beyond kind throughout our entire experience. A little over a year ago, we purchased a kitten from her. Our lives were in shambles after the sudden loss of my sister. I was spiraling into depression. And then this little Siberian kitten came into our lives in Nov 2014. She has taught us how to smile again. Most people would think it's lame to say their best friend is a cat. I don't mind, I hope they never have to go through what we went through in 2014. I hope they never have to understand. That being said, Liz was extremely prompt. She was willing to work with me. She lowered the price to make it possible for us to bring home a kitten. Shipping went smoothly. We melted when we saw her at the airport. My husband has horrible allergies but is able to put his face into her fur and cuddle with her. My parents- not animal lovers- LOVE our Terra Siberian. She is %100 healthy! I've read that breeding is definitely a labor of love. Most breeders barely break even when you take into consideration the costs of having a cattery. If you don't believe me, Google "price of starting, maintaining cattery." There are many articles that show how hard it is to actually make a profit after all the expense. I would HIGHLY recommend Terra Siberians. Liz has a heart of gold. Even our vet is impressed with how beautiful and well behaved our sweet girl is. I know many other families adore their kittens and are so thankful to Liz for all the sacrifices she has made. I wish nothing but the best for Terra Siberians. Just hoping to show people another side.

I have countless families who can attest my Siberian cats made them happy and whole from over the years. I have 1 10 week old black & white boy looking for his forever family. It is not by any means cheap or easy raising any animal of our passion. I've raised horses, goats, ducks, etc, since 1978. I am not wealthy by any means, We love what we do in providing a HYPOALLERGENIC pet for your family. Its a 24/7 work of love! Its not all about money as some certain lowballs claim. I know what its like NOT to be able to have a pet! I know what its like not to take my kids on vacation because we have pets, or tell them we cannot afford it! I also urge you that if you cannot afford a purebred specialized pet, to please shop your local shelter for pets IN NEED of families like you if you truly cannot purchase! I'm not twisting your arm by any means.

There are many things to think about. Breeding animals, farm, pet, or both is not a turn key easy task. By no means. We had a Fainting (Myotonic) Goat ranch for 8 years in Texas. We became one of the nation's top breeders in 4 years which surprised many. The 4 years were not easy. We learned many things including there will always be a mortality rate to the dreaded CL disease which will kill. CL is a killer amongst ruminates. Strangles is the horse killing disease. Parvo Virus is the dog killing disease. CL, Strangles, and Parvo lives in the ground. Once gotten no animals of that group can be on that property for years. None are detected until the animal has it, to include the Corona Virus that causes FIP in cats. So we try our best to provide a quality animal for people. There is no real money in this. It usually goes back into the care of the cats. Liz wanted kitties for her and our girls so I told her that they need to pay for themselves. Christmas was okay but nothing to brag about. Had a good time with in-laws. And, you are not moving on because you jumped on Heather's band wagon.
Now lets talk about people. Have you ever envied that married woman that just seems to have it all. You know...weekly manicures and pedicures...weekly hairdos...yearly lavish vacations...a new car every other year...perfect well mannered kids...successful husband that makes 6 digits a year? There are many with this lifestyle because the woman/man chose her/his mate wisely. I have four normal beautiful girls from two marriages and gave the gift of life to three other families across the nation which consists of five boys. I chose my mates wisely. Did you? Two of your three children have special needs. I'm sure they are beautiful children. But why did you not ensure they would have normal lives as you do? Did you not do DNA testing, which was available, after the first? Sad, even after the first you did it again! POOR BREEDING? Planned or it just happened after a good time? Cross your fingers that everything will be okay? SHAME on you. Its your fault your special needs children will not have a normal life because of YOUR poor breeding choices. Its not fair to them is it? They pay a lifetime for your 45 minute encounters. Just some things for you to think about. Think about YOUR choices and have a good life. God Bless.

Dear realitychech, I mean Mr. Hart, I too thought this was settled 2 months ago but apparently u don't keep good tabs on your wife and what she posts on the internet. Liz has made several post about me being a "cyber stalker" and "extortionist" on FB and on the complaint boards since we settled our dispute. Liz has posed as someone else and emailed me to find out what I would say about her, then posted it on the internet/FB. She has also taken time from her clients/followers with another scam giving a nonexistent email address for them to email me their opinions. Now she is not just taking up my precious time but her followers time as well. I let it all slide until I came on the complaint boards and she had a private post trying to get my complaint removed. Once again, more accusations about me, not surprised! I told u my complaint stays to warn others. As for my low cost housing, u are a liar and I have the emails to prove it. My first email to Liz stated we could not afford another kitten due to the high expense of cookies vet bills due to a death of FIP. I own my home, it is not low cost housing. I have on several occasions told Liz we are a low INCOME family. Even more reason to be upset she sold me a second cat with more vet expenses. Get your facts straight or read the emails. I have also told your wife that we chose the types of kittens we did because 2 of my 3 kids are autistic and purchased them as therapy kittens. All my previous cats were shelter cats or given by a friend that had a litter so it was in need of a home and NEVER have I had a cat die of FIP, NEVER have I gotten fleas and NEVER have I had as many vet bills as I have from your kittens. We don't own a dog because they can have many vet bills, cats usually don't, unless they are purchased from terra Siberians I guess. The kittens we chose have a dog like behavior with all the qualities of a cat as well. Maybe u can explain how Liz says she is on county assistance yet sells $1000 kittens. Or how she claimed she had to borrow the money for my refund from her mom and pawn stuff to get the rest yet u email me u have plenty of money and are going to shove a lawyer up my rear. Either u are lying or Liz is. My bet is on Liz cuz she is really good at self pity. I thought u had plenty of support and didn't need me to retract my statements yet Liz is trying to have them removed. I am sure tired of Liz wasting my time with her nonsense. I also find it funny that when the odds aren't in your favor u pull out the god stuff, Liz also does this. Well, somebody else better throw u guys a rope from heaven cuz you will need to crawl up it if u are ever going to make it there. Believing in god or going to church does not automatically make u a good person, u earn that in everyday life by the choices u make. It is not ok to sell sick kittens or blame the clients, not smart either if the client has proof of you selling a kitten that was unfit for sale to begin with. I bet u do regret selling me the second kitten considering a replacement kitten is just that, a replacement, not discounted at 50%. Your wife has been the one cyber stalking me ever since the dispute was settled, maybe u should be asking her questions, not me. And yes, in my opinion, from the emails I have received, do believe your wife is mentally ill. Of course she was sure to let me know that she is depressed, hates life and is on double antidepressants for more pity once again, trying to get out of my refund. I am no doctor but I'm pretty sure her diagnosis would be more extensive than depression. I can send u her emails to bring to the shrink if u would like! Others I have showed them to thought maybe she was on drugs. Maybe that's the case cuz she doesn't seem to sleep always stating she has been up for 2 day or not slept in days yet she claims she is depressed and doesn't get out if bed, which is it, or just more lies. All in my experience or opinion of course. I don't expect an honest reply, just something for u to think about. We could go over the hundred emails from Liz again and again but what a waste of time for both of us. Hope u enjoyed your Christmas Harry, now I would like to move on with my life.

In my opinion...I think enough has been said. Anyone that reads this and the other complaints can make a well informed opinion themselves about purchasing from Terra Siberians or NOT. I don't need Liz to admit she was wrong because I already have the proof she sold me a kitten that died of FIP and then sold me one riddled in flea poop with bloody diarrhea. I did receive a refund which Liz doesn't feel I deserved but clients can see for themselves I deserved a refund which only makes Liz look bad for the way she has handled my complaint. So I am going to take the high road and end this dispute STATING: This dispute has been resolved, I did receive a refund after 3 months and I hope people due their research before purchasing a kitten. However, if my comments are removed, I will repost so people can be warned of my experience. Settled or not, others have the right to know about my experience with this business. All this time can be better spent with my children. It's Christmas time. I thought this was done with two months ago and I have no idea what reignited this issue. No aliases here as you stated. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. And I apologize for all that you endured. We replaced your original kitty with another against our agreement that you signed. A decision I regret. One thing I have never understood though. If you live in low cost housing as you told us after something happened to your first kitty from us, how can you afford high end kitties (ours was the third of a different breed) and an attorney? It's none of my business but why did you not go to the Humane Society and save a kitty? That would have made better sense since you live in low cost housing as you told us. Then you state Liz has mental issues. Have you listened to yourself lately? Wow! God will help you be at peace. You need to accept God in your heart and accept that not everything is perfect. The faith and belief in God goes a long way. God bless you and have a beautiful day.

I did receive a refund of $800 from Terra Siberians for the cost of my replacement kitten and some vet bills which included flea treatments and stool test to find the cause of his bloody diarrhea. Obviously our complaint is not settled or she would not be posting everywhere on the internet that I am a cyber stalker and extortionist for wanting a refund due to Liz selling me a kitten that was unfit for sale. In my opinion I thought the dispute was settled but instead of taking responsibility for her wrong doing she continues to insist I am a cyber stalker and extortionist cuz she didn't want to refund me for her wrong doing! In my opinion Liz has some mental health issues and her husband is just a bully. I received an email from Harry Hart threatening to have me imprisoned for trying to get a refund and that he was going to shove a lawyer up my rear if I didn't apologize for complaining about Terra Siberians wrong doing. I replied to his email, called his bluff, refused to apologize as I did not exaggerate and was honest about my experience with Terra Siberians. I then received my refund, 3 months after requesting one and a hundred emails from a very sick, delusional Liz, in my opinion. My lawyer said I can post and say what I like as long as I state it is in my option or my experience. My statements are in my opinion and in my experience with Terra Siberians and I hope she gets shut down so no other families have to deal with Liz or Harry Hart. Also, Liz's reference of Nikki with Nikarl Siberians is her mother. If u go to the BBB u will see Nikki is not a great reference considering she had a complaint filed about her with the BBB which she never responded to and the BBB has stated her business has closed, their mail was returned and to seek legal advise if u have a complaint about Nikarl Siberians. Great reference Liz. Not to mention I have received word thru the complaint boards that not even your own mother is referring u as a breeder, instead Nikki warned of backyard breeders and referred two other breeders besides u. My complaint is not resolved until u take responsibility for your wrong doing. I also believe that the above post about Watson was made by Liz not dedefree. In my experience with Liz and the many emails u can tell when Liz is commenting cuz of the way she speaks and types. I also received a fake email which was from Liz posing as someone wanting to buy a kitten from Terra Siberians to see what I had to say about her. Liz is one sick lady, kinda sad actually. Plz buy your Siberian kitten elsewhere, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRA SIBERIANS IN WATERFORD MI. Also to anyone viewing this, please read a new complaint filed about her that states they too received a kitten that died of FIP Christmas of 2015, yet Liz tried accusing me of FIP stating I was her only complaint EVER. Apparently Liz learned nothing from my complaint considering she is also accusing another family as well. Obviously Liz isn't going to refund flea treatments and stool testing if she wasn't responsible for the fleas and bloody stool. She has already stated she never should have charged me for the replacement kitten to begin with but it still took me 3 mo to get a refund. LIZ, U ARE TO BLAME, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SICK KITTENS AND STOP OVER BREEDING. IN MY OPINION LIZ IS A BIG FAT LIAR AND I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE THAT AS WELL. MONEY HUNGRY in my opinion. In my experience Liz is posting pictures of kittens for sale that have already been sold. She posted the kitten I currently own as for sale a month after we had bought him. Kinda of a bait and switch situation in my opinion. Posing her most beautiful kittens that are no longer available to sell others. She has changed the add so she wouldn't look like a fraud but unfortunately for her I already had printed the original one showing my kitten for sale. Three years ago we got our beautiful, sweet Siberian, Watson, from Elizabeth Hart. From the moment I first contacted Liz, she was outstanding. Never having purchased a cat, I contacted at least 10 breeders throughout the country. (We live in California). I must have asked 50 questions, asked for more than a dozen pictures and descriptions of kittens trying to decide. Liz always welcomed my questions and responded quickly. Because of HER knowledge and her attentiveness, we made the choice to pursue a kitten from Terra Siberian. My husband and son met her with Watson before he was ready to come home with us. Everyone fell in love! Finally, I met her, her husband and girls at Love Field in Dallas (they were in Texas at the time) to transport Watson home to Southern California. Liz gave me all the info and support to make this transition smooth. My son is currently getting his kitten from Liz with no problems. Over the years, I've kept in contact with update and questions. Her love for her kitties Is obvious by her long term commitment to their wellbeing. Clearly, this business is her passion. We highly recommend Liz Hart.

I agree, LIZ HART OF TERRA SIBERIAN CATS IS VERY BAD NEWS! Long story short...I paid Liz $1450, not including travel expenses, and received a dead cat, expensive vet bills, crying kids, fleas and nothing but accusations and attitude from Liz. I had been nothing but nice to Liz after the death of our first kitten, Cookie, which died of FIP at 7 mo old. Asked Liz to donate a "replacement" kitten to fill the void for our family because her contract does not cover a death caused by FIP and due to the high expense of Cookies vet bills we could not afford another kitten. She said yes, then said for a discounted rate and $380 for shipping. We paid full asking price for our first kitten that died and $500 for the "replacement" kitten. My husband drove 22 hrs round trip to pick up "replacement" kitty. "Replacement" kitten traveled 11 hrs home and then was placed on quarantine to collect a stool sample for vet and he could be tested for any contagious viruses and parasites that could infect our other 2 cats. Kitten had bloody diarrhea and saw our vet about 26 hrs after receiving him from Liz. Vet found "replacement" kitten was RIDDLED IN FLEA POOP! Vet said kitty would probably have to stay on quarantine for up to 3 mo while he receives flea treatments in hopes he won't contaminate my other 2 cats and the rest of the house. The vet asked me to contact Liz about which meds she had already given the kitten prior to us receiving him so that kitty would not be given a second dose of any meds. Liz sent the shot records but no records or dates showing any dewormer ect. Liz emailed me the meds she had given but no date which they were administered. I then received several emails (I call them HATE MAILS) from Liz accusing me of being a bad cat mom (very offensive to me, not to mention Liz is not screening her clients very well if she sold me 2 kittens and then decided I'm a bad cat mom) that I am badgering her (who's badgering who, I'm trying to help fix kitty and u are sending several hate mails), that her husband regrets giving us the pick of the litter (I will comment more on this at the end), how she could have gotten full price for our kitten (SHE IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY), she demanded we return the kitten to her (she is completely delusional if she thinks I'm going to take a second kitty away from my kids), how I have upset her family and made her daughter cry (why is Liz giving her children adult problems to deal with, I didn't tell her kids what was going on), how I am now slamming her for the fleas so that I can breed him (she knows this is my autistic sons therapy kitten and family pet). REALLY!?...HOW IS LIZ GOING TO PLAY THE VICTIM AFTER THE HEARTBREAK MY FAMILY SUFFERED. PLUS I WAS KIND ABOUT OUR LOSS AND NEVER TRIED TO PLACE BLAME JUST FIX THE CATS. I ALSO MADE SURE SHE WAS NOT INCONVENIENCED AND ACCOMMODATED HER SCHEDULE AND MADE SURE SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE OR HAVE ANY EXPENSE OUT OF HER POCKET FOR "REPLACEMENT" KITTY. THEB SHE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY AFTER EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE FOR U WHY ARE U DOING THIS TO ME! Your answer Liz...BECAUSE OF YOUR MENTALITY, ACCUSATIONS AND ATTITUDE! Its seems that if u have an issue with Liz, her business practices or unhealthy kittens that she just accuses u of being a bad cat mom and trying to breed her cats to screw her over, so ridiculous! Then after all that and I finally post on social media I don't recommend ger as a breeder...Liz comments, oh dear, I don't know what happened, I thought we were on good terms? She knew exactly why I was upset cuz I responded to her hate mail and she never replied. She then again tried playing the victim. When that didn't work she accused me of the fleas. I HAVE VET RECORDS TO PROVE SHE SOLD ME A CAT THAT DIED OF FIP AND A SECOND CAT THAT I RECEIVED FROM HER RIDDLED IN FLEA POOP, I WILL EMAIL ANYONE THE PROOF. Now that I have proved she sold me a cat with fleas Liz is trying to cover ger behind stating she currently has no fleas, that she checked the other kittens from the litter and brought them to the vet and no fleas or eggs were found. I'm sure she did cuz I was raising hell and demanded she contact other buyers of that litter to inform them of my appt. Hopefully I saved those buyers the headache Liz sent me. As soon as I told Liz my kitten was riddled in flea poop, she sent am email stating...I didn't give him a bath cuz I didn't think he needed one. My kitten stunk horribly when we picked him up. Asked Liz why she made the comment about giving him a bath. Was it cuz she thought she could get rid of the fleas with a bath and how could she not think he needed one CUZ HE STUNK SO BAD HE DEFINITELY DESERVED A BATH. I received no reply...not surprising...she either doesn't reply or just sends more accusations accusing the client instead. I called a groomed that said if u brought them a cat riddled in fleas and flea dirt (poop) could a groomer clean them up well enough to not show any signs of fleas for a vet check. The groomer said "ya, if u gave me a half hr with a cat I could clean them up good. Feel free to contact a local groomer to ask for yourself. Also Liz claims she has an exterminator come to her house as a preventive measure and my vet said "if she doesn't have a flea problem or anything to worry about, why does she have an exterminator?" I have contacted an exterminator who said if she has them out as a general pest control it doesn't make her exempt to fleas. An exterminator can come and treat specifically for fleas if there is a problem and that would kill the fleas and reproduction but once again why would she have that done unless she was infested with fleas! The groomer i spoke with said that much flea dirt does not happen right away. It takes a while and u would have to have a bad infestation to be riddled in flea dirt (poop). My vet said for that much flea poop to be on a cat it would take many, many fleas and probably 3-4 days to accumulate. I HAVE VET RECORDS TO PROVE THAT WHETHER LIZ CURRENTLY HAS FLEAS OR NOT THAT SHE SOLD ME A KITTEN WITH FLEAS. NOW THAT I HAVE PROVED LIZ WRONG AND HAVE PROOF SHE SOLD ME A CAT WITH FLEAS SHE HAS STOPPED ALL COMMUNICATION. She did comment on my Facebook page how she feels she got screwed for helping me and what more do I want from her cuz I got the best if the litter. IF THE BEST OF YOUR LITTER COMES WITH FOUL SMELLING BLOODY DIARRHEA AND FLEAS, WHAT COMES WITH THE WORST OF HER LITTERS? OH, MY FAMILY ALREADY KNOWS THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION...THAT WOULD BE OUR FIRST CAT FROM HER THAT DIED OF FIP AT 7 MO OLD. Liz is now on Facebook posting about how all the kittens she sold since mine have had a healthy 3 day vet check after her clients received them. IT MIGHT NOT MEAN THEY HAVE SOMETHING VISIBLE LIKE FLEAS BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY WILL LIVE A LONG HEALTHY LIFE. Liz's contract does not guarantee against viruses, parasites in stool like giardia or external parasites (fleas) or mites. I paid Liz to take Cookie for an extra vet appt before she shipped him to have his stool tested and test for any viruses that could be contagious to my other cats (so she knows i was proactive and care about my cats health). His stool came back with coccidia (parasite) so she treated it before shipping him and viruses for Felv and FIV were both negative. Cookies 3 day vet check went ok, small and under weight, also had a heart murmur but everything else looked ok. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES! COOKIE STILL DIED AT 7 MO OLD. THERE IS NO TEST THE VET CAN DO TO CHECK FOR FIP. ONLY WAY TO GET A DEFINITIVE DIAGNOSES IS TO TEST AFTER THEY ARE DECEASED. LIZ ALSO HAD A KITTEN IMPORTED THAT DIED OF FPV, ALSO NO TEST TO CHECK FOR THAT UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE PASSED AWAY. THEY CAN CHECK TO SEE IF WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT IS LOW BUT NO SPECIFIC FPV TEST. Liz claims that her goal is to provide cats to families with a normal life span but then charged me for a "replacement" kitten after I paid full asking price for my first kitten. Liz states in the above rebuttal that she offered a free kitten to that lady for missing her appt. I asked Liz why she would charge me for a second kitten when she would offer a free one to the lady above. I didn't receive a response of course but in previous emails just kept saying her contract doesn't cover FIP because nobody knows why it developed in some cats but not others. My response was...the kitten she sold me either had or didn't have what other cats do for the virus not to mutate into FIP, therefore, there WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE KITTEN SHE SOLD ME FOR THIS TO HAPPEN, MY OTHER CATS ARE HEALTHY AND UNAFFECTED BY IT. ONCE AGAIN, NO RESPONSE FROM HER! I have answered any and all questions from Liz but she either doesn't respond to mine or just sends more accusations. I see Liz states she has references and I'm sure she does as not all kittens are born with problems and since most people love their animals so much they wouldn't usually call and complain, they would just fix them up and care for them. I never informed her about cookies weight, heart murmur (still have never told her about heart murmur) and didn't contact her about his death until a month after he passed away. "Replacement' kitty also has something wrong with his bit that could cause problems as he ages and never informed her of that cuz it didn't require meds from the vet. I have asked Liz for a refund of the $500 I paid for "replacement" kitty to resolve our dispute but she has failed to give a refund and just keeps selling more cats. I can not believe the price she charges considering she doesn't guarantee against fleas, mites, tick, negative stool/parasites or test for Felv or FIV herself cuz it doesn't run in her blood lines but if u read her contract she expects her clients to still run those expensive tests. My vet said it is a red flag and using the statement it doesn't run in my cats blood lines gives no guarantees and they should still be tested. My other 2 cats came with a guaranteed negative stool, to be free of external parasites like fleas, mites and tick. They were also guaranteed to be tested negative for PKD, FELV AND FIV. BOTH MY OTHER CATS COSTED LESS THAN WHAT LIZ CHARGES AND LIZ OFFERS PRETTY MUCH NO GUARANTEES ON HEALTH PROBLEMS BUT MAKES A FORTUNE GIVING KITTENS AWAY AT 8 WEEKS AND NOT DOING PROPER VET TESTS SO SHE CAN SAVE A FEW BUCKS. I also received many emails stating, DON'T FORGET THE $15.00 U OWE! ACTUALLY I PAID HER IN FULL BUT BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T GIVE BETTER INSTRUCTIONS I SENT MY PAYPAL WRONG AND LIZ WAS CHARGED A $15 FEE WHICH I OFFERED TO PAY SO SHE WOULD STILL GET THE FULL $500 SHE HAD ASKED FOR. Also, to correct Liz and her above statement...THE TICA DOES NOT HANDLE CONTRACTUAL OR FINANCIAL DISPUTES BETWEEN CLIENT AND BREEDER, NOR DO THEY TAKE ANY ACTION ON SICK ANIMAL FROM A BREEDER. PLUS THEY CHARGE U TO FILE A COMPLAINT. SO WHY WOULD I PAY THEM TO FILE A COMPLAINT IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ACTION. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT A FORTUNE CARING FOR THE SICK CATS I RECEIVED FROM LIZ. VET BILLS STILL ACCUMULATING! LIZ BEING REGISTERED WITH THE TICA DOES NOTHING TO PROTECT THE CLIENT IF U HAVE A PROBLEM. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LOOK IT UP YOURSELF, JUST GOOGLE TICA COMPLAINT FORM. TICA STATES THE BREEDER SHOULD ADDRESS AND RESOLVE COMPLAINTS. Liz knows exactly who this is. I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE and if u are looking for a reference that Liz isn't handing out I would be happy to reply and give vet documents and/or emails from Liz that prove everything I'm saying about her is TRUE! Liz calls it slander when someone complains about her. There is nothing wrong with informing the public of her wrong doing and bad attitude using sites like this. Liz states above to do your research and since she can remove statements on Facebook, this is the next best thing to informing the public when they search her cattery name. I'M SURE NOT EVERYONE WILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A CAT PURCHASED FROM LIZ BUT IF U DO HAVE TO CONTACT HER OR DEAL WITH HER CUZ U ARE AN UNFORTUNATE CUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF, PLEASE KNOW DEALING WITH HER IS A BIG, HUGE, MASSIVE, GIGANTIC HEADACHE! The lady above is right, u don't get back time. Countless hrs dealing with this and many more to come cuz I'M NOT DONE YET MISS LIZ. I will file my own, more in-depth complaint (can u believe there is more) but I just found it interesting and disturbing after dealing with Liz about my problems how she replied to the persons accusations above. I am an educated, experienced professional who has a background in art, writing and cats. For longer than 20 years, I was involved with my own cat and kitten rescue and rehabilitation shelter and services. I have also worked for years as a breeder of magnificent Siberian Cats. In the past, I worked as a technical illustrator in the automotive business...and I have continued in the art field as a portrait artist. I have integrity. I also have the ability to recognize people who do not have integrity. Anyone who goes to a site to cruelly ridicule someone, especially someone they never met, and to tell lies about them, is an uneducated, simple-minded low-life. People like that use sites like this to attack innocent people for their own sick gratification. They are immature and heartless. "Hate backyard breeders" did this to the breeder at Terra Siberians. They tried to pick up a kitten in the middle of the night and when the married woman with 2 young daughters refused to meet the man in an unsafe area to bring him a kitten, he retaliated with this ridiculous post. I know the breeder and her family at Terra Siberians, registered with T.I.C.A. Everything posted is a lie! I know the true story...and I pray the evil act can be eradicated with an honest retraction of the cruel post and an admission of the TRUTH.

Be honest. You did not drive 8 hours to Michigan. You drove 4 hours one way. Also lets not forget that Terra Siberians offered you a kitten FREE for your troubles of which you REFUSED. So I am done. Quit Sabotaging my good name because you are unfortunate.

Terra Siberians can also provide as many references as you wish, of happy cat families. Nikki of Nikarl Siberians is her mother and has been in the business for many years. Hardly any type of scam. Would like to hear from ANYBODY who has directly dealt with them instead of blindly blasting opinions when you don't even know them.

Terra Siberian cats is registered with TICA. They are a registered breeder. If you have a complaint please take it up with TICA. Their breeder certificate is pictured on their website.

The lady in Arizona is the breeder I mentor! Dezertkatz is a breeder I helped get started. So perhaps this is a political gain. Who knows. Just who ever you are, always ask for references and do your homework before buying online. I am not the scammer here but I can PROVE this person is in fact lieing in her statement. For an HONEST refereal for me you are welcome to contact OTHER BREEERS, including NIKARL SIBERIANS in Ohio. This is only one complaint out of WHAT? I do not request a deposit BEFORE visiting, but As any other breeder I will not reserve your kitten unless you have a deposit paid. I have been breeding since 1978.
