They will continue to convince people to put more money into the sites to increase business. I never made one dime after over $70, 000 dollars in investment. I have all communications that will indicate exactly how they manipulated the untruths they told me...Stay away from these people. In my opinion ...it is one of the biggest scams on the web.

Do not give him money, none at all. Otherwise you won't see it again. If your friend was scammed then he/she needs to report this person (Jay Servidio) to the State Attorney's Office of your state!

My wife and I met Jay Servidio thru his web site a few years ago. We met him personally a few times before buying one of his web sites. He is total low life trash. I love his web sites claiming that he is wealthy and this successful businessman. Nothing could be further from the truth. The guy was flat broke and had debt collectors calling his cell phone constantly. Most of his friends are in jail on white collar crime convictions. He told us he needed us to buy a site and content asap because he couldn't make his car payment. After we decided to cut ties off with him, he became very violent and threatening. A few times screamed at my wife on the phone when she refused to buy more of his services. He tried selling us web site content for $$$ that he did not even have rights to and didn't own. I'm really surprised that he is not in jail yet.
It is my opinion, that Jay Servidio is a thief crook and conman, and it really amazes me that he is still doing business. I made a critical mistake and tried to do business with Jay Servidio and Teleteria, I usually make good business decisions, but this was not one of them.
Teleteria/Jay Servidio failed to deliver the product that he promised, became openly hostile to calls and emails about the fact that he had failed to deliver, and as of now the product is still not a sellable or promotable website product.
Memphis TN is close to me, and if you ever need to take civil or legal action against someone for fraud, this is a good place to find an attorney that will represent you for a percentage if you win or nothing if you lose. Jay Servidio is currently in breach of trust with regard to our deal, and has acted in bad faith.
I usually make pretty sound and reasonable business decisions, Teleteria and Jay Servidio were not one of these. I realize that
he has no desire or intention of having a workable business relationship here, even though I've done everything I can. I'm left with
no recourse but to sue him, and to damage his reputation even more than it is damaged now. All I've asked for is what I've paid
for, and that is due regardless of the terms of our dealings.
Teleteria and Jay Servidio has not delivered what he said he would, and now he has changed the payment arrangements of
our deal. Contrary to what he may believe, I do have recourse.
I've recorded every conversation Jay Servidio and I have had as well as kept every email he and I have sent back and forth. This
IS admissible in legal or civil action due to the fact that this is a Consumer Fraud Complaint and Situation, Mr. Servidio and I can
work this out and he can refund my money, or I can and will make Jay Servidio's life a living hell, and as I'm the one who's been screwed here, have no doubt that I can do it. I have little else to do but this between otherwise successful endeavors.
I just gave him $300. Unfortunately I did not check him out on the web first. Hopefully I will speak with him later and ask
him why all the negative reports about him are online. I expressed to him that I was very low on funds, and he seem
anxious to work with me, constantly lowering the costs, which made me think he was trying to help me, but at the same time I was
asking myself, why? Now I just want to speak with him to see what he will answer. Very disappointed about all the horrible reviews.
I gave him $1390 about 3 weeks ago before finding this blog site. @mizi123, your actually very lucky you only gave him $300.

I was just about to bring my wife aboard on this Jay's proposal to help us make money with his websites. Thank goodness for the web and all the complaints you all have been redirecting our thoughts away from Teleteria. There is a mass complaints going on about this guy, his wife and teleteria in general. I spoke with Jay over the phone only once and he seemed kinda pushy at the time. I told him I had to check him out with the BBB and with the NY chamber of commerce and he got a little squeamish. by the way, Teleteria is listed as a company with a A- rating with the BBB but This business is not BBB accredited. It only means that in the years they've been in business they have only 11 complaints against them. most of them are consumer mitigated (whatever that means). Teleteria is not listed in the NY chamber of Commerce nor the Connecticut chamber of Commerce as a member. My conclusions are that I am not putting my hard earned money into a controversial company with tons of public internet complaints against it. Run a google search yourself and decide. Hi my name is Paul I'm thinking about investing in one of Teleterias sites can anyone confirm that this company or Jay Servidio under official investigation by a government agency and if so which agency.
I was NOT scammed by Jay Servidio because he couldn't fool me. I already had a porn site of my own; I shot my own videos/photos, paid $20 to reguster the domain name, and paid a webmaster $500 to design the site. My total bill was $1200 and I owned everything. I went to Jay's seminar with the Learning Annex and ended up getting scammed (okay, I fell for this one) $50 for the class, and he gave a seminar on how his company works. In a nutshell, I paid $50 to hear his sales pitch!
I didn't fall for his scam. How would HIS sites get more hits than anyone else's? What would bring traffic to the site I owned? He wouldn't talk about how he brings traffic to the sites he sells you, so I said "no way." It didn't make sense.

This guy is totally nuts and a complete scam. I wish I googled his name before I started doing business with him. Thank god, he only got $500 out of me.
It has gone as far as him registering a domain of my real name .com and is now threading me with my pics and real name. I am an Adult Entertainer and my identity has always been private. He his threaten to eliminate my Anonymity on the Web forever.

I was just about to buy a site or two from this idiot, he actually phoned me today after I had a look at startapornsite.com and requesting the brochure, luckally I was on my way to a meeting and could not conclude our discussion. He is actually phoning me back tommorow to conclude, then I will give him a piece of my mind (if I even answer the phone).

I have family in the european parliament in Brussels and they are looking into the scam and Teleteria for me.
Its not just you guys and girls in the USA he has scammed, i'm in Spain and many more will come to light soon.
I'm studying to build my own sites. I have some ideas, but I'm not yet able to produce a really good, professional site.
The advice I've received about hosting an adult site is to go with a niche market, like gay or tranny. There are tons of fetish sites out there.

On another note, if you folks look, Teleteria sites are not 2257 compliant and are in violation of federal law. I would suggest that each of you contact the DOJ and report him. This will cause an automatic inspection. I have been reporting him to everyone and will be contacting the DOJ once more to see how things are going.

There's plenty of free online porn. Hardly anyone will buy into a membership site. Jay's sites are horrible and all consist of the same material. He cost to produce a site is probably less than $200. He also makes money charging his clients for adding "links" to their sites, which he pushes wholeheartedly. There's no sense in purchasing a pay porn site, unless you zero in on a niche market and provide your own content.
Jay also offers online casino sites. These are really bad sites and are overpriced. You can find a better deal, with great graphics, elsewhere. You also get friendlier, more professional people to work with.
Jay's a con man. Avoid him at all costs.
I wish I had heeded all the negative reviews of this man and his company before I bought in to his scam. I've lost thousands of dollars with this guy, but I've learned my lesson. It's a lesson I could have never learned in college.

We were also scammed by this company, Jay Servidio and Carol Servidio. They made promises and never kept one. They never delivered the product once we complained about the bargain basement content that is virtually worthless.
This scummy dirt bag and his side kick crook of a wife owe us close to 9000.00.
If you are thing of using these crooks, think again. Servidio's are real slick and are con artists.
I would suggest you file complaints with the IFCC. There have been over 60 cases to date where the servidios stole, ripped off, never provided the product.
You are correct! The sites are cookie cutter, very poorly designed and all they do is change the site up a bit and rip a new unsuspecting customer off for their hard earned money.
We bought adult pay sites, once we had a inclination that they had ripped us we went to the adult chat boards which they all proved the sites are trash and worthless. We also went to the FBI and spoke to them; we filed complaints with the IFCC. Hopefully one day we will all have the joy of seeing these worthless individuals go to jail.
If you search teleteria complaints, you will find the adult forums I speak of and will get a real eye-opener to the fraud that this company and his side kick commit.
Also, his office in NY is nothing more than a mail drop center ;)

If anyone is interested, Jay servidio changed his name from sercidio to servidio. He has sued blue cross blue shield in which he lost, he has tried all the tricks in the book, be very careful when dealing with him…..better yet, just don’t do business with him or his wife to include any teleteria company and you will be fine.

If ever you consider parting with your money towards a scheme that promises riches ... ask yourselves "why would anyone give me an opportunity to earn thousands of dollars, and not simply do it for themselves?" ... Seriously? Why would anyone sell an idea for a pittance, when they promise you will make thousands? Why wouldn't they simply keep the secret to themselves and make tonnes of money?
