I bought a datron laptop from a company called teknosa in turkey with windows vista starter .From time to time the program asks for product number to verify authenticity. The number indicated on the back of the laptop is being rejected each time it is typed in. Consequently this imposes restrictions on usage
The seller teknosa assumes no responsibility. Like wise I can get no help from either datron-which directs mr to microsoft-nor from microsoft istanbul which gives no response.
