These people market themselves as a computer systems monitoring company, watching small and medium sized business systems for security breaches and systems problems. What they don't tell prospective clients is that they outsource the monitoring to a company called Synergy, which does the actual monitoring. So, their clients could go directly to Synergy and get a better deal, since all techchex does is tack on their fees to what Synergy would charge for the exact same service. This is a dishonest company, out to cheat people!
