I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY STALLED, LIED TO, PUT ON INDEFINATE HOLD SHIFTED TO DIFFERENT TECH REPS, IGNORED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE, REFUSED NEEDED ON SIGHT HELP, FALSLY ASSURED OF SUPERVISOR CALL BACKS.ALL BY DELL COMPUTER REPS & TECHS IN A COUNTRY FAR, FAR AWAY.I BEAT THE DELL COMPUTER INTO AS SMALL A PIECES AS I COULD AND PUT IN TRASH.I THEN BOUGHT A REAL COMPUTER A MINI MAC BY APPLE .LUCKILY THE MINI MAC LETS YOU USE JUST ABOUT ANY SCREEN, MOUSE/KEYBOARD PRINTER ETC. SO I WAS ABLE TO AT LEAST USE SOME LEFTOVER COMPONENTS.THE MAC HAS BEEN FLAWLESS.DELL TO HELL! robert m

Just for your info, none of the techs/reps says that a supervisor would be calling, however a senior tech do call u back at your given times, about the call being placed on hold is due to checking all the details about your previous details...
