I would like to draw your attention about the eligibility critera of tcs for 3+ years of experience professionals i. E. Consistent academic records class x onwards (Minimum 50%) . Even they are not allowing people who had once below 50%.
As a human being some time it happens that a student secured below 50% marks in 10'th or 12'th or in graduation or in pg. He might be ill, due to some family problem, due to his family financial condition etc. There could be no of reasons which forced a student to perform below average but if the government of india is allowing 40% as passing percentage who gave them the right to restrict them.
I have questions for them:
1. Is 10th class percentage is going to help a software engineer to develop good software?
2. Are you aware about the qualification of bill gate? Who is founder of microsoft.
3. Isn't a matter of shame for the company who is one of the largest company of india?
4. Is this criteria increasing % race ? If a student is dreaming to be a part of tcs but due to some reason, he didn't get above 50% in any class and due to this frustration if the student committed sucide. Then who will be responsible for that.
If this big brands kills the talent due to % in 10th class, its a matter of shame to them.
Tcs could not imagine these professionals can change the software world.
I red that tcs got highest ranking in employee satisfaction. Is it true? I don't think.
Mr. Ratan tata if you read this message then think & realize the facts which i have pointed.
I disagree about your point, Please tell me if some one is ill in 10th classs. Any how is passed the exam. The age of 10th class student is 14-15 years. How can you say him dumb? Its tool early age its happend.
If TCS is taking candidates on the basis of interview, So what is the need of this minimum cutoff.

This is absolutely right. TCS is a company. Why they want candidates with more than 50% marks. Anybody can have financial or family problem that could result in bad education background.
TCS is nothing..the only thing TCS is surviving because it has got backup of TATA group.

I AM AN ENGINEERING STUDENT WHO WANT TO JOIN IN TCS. TODAY THE WRITTEN TEXT WAS CONDUCTED IN OUR COLLEGE UNFORTUNATELY I WAS DECLARED AS NOT QUALIFIED. I DON'T KNOW THE REASON SOME BODY WHO IS SO POOR THAN ME WAS SELECTED.AFTER I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT I FOUND THAT REASON WAS THAT THEY HAD ATTEMPTED THE OPEN SEE SAME TEST BEFORE IT AND THE SAME QUESTIONS THEY GOT IN EXAMINATION AND IT WAS INTIMATED THEM BEFORE BUT I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON WHY SUCH A COMPANY LIKE TCS IS GIVING QUESTION PAPER BEFORE THE EXAM AND SELECTING THOSE MEMBERS ITS RIDICULOUS.SOME OF THE MEMBERS LIKE ME HAD LOST THE CHANCE. I HAD SCORED 770/800 IN MY GRE TEST AND PROVED MY ANALYTICAL ABILITY BUT DUE TO THAT FACT DONE IN EXAM I AM UNABLE TO GET SELECTED IN IT. Hi All...I am working in one MNC with 4 years of exp in soft field...My dream is to work in TCS.But due to my PU % I am scared of attending interview.Actually my PU % is 48(PCM % is 54)...Could anyone suggest me Is der any chance i can get in to TCS.

Well I tell u, I'm part of MS-CMP and have choice to be part of TCS. I really shameless which TCS is doing now.
See; some factors eligibler not having sufficient marks which Tata want but if he has good knowledge which better then other competitors so why TCS is stopping a such members who want to be associate with TCS.
I'm working with MS since 4 years and have enough strength to change my carrier and move to universal domain; offcourse if TCS has standard then they should have to think about Talent and have to chance for them.
May be If TCS change own rules for experience seekers then I will tell you; TCS will beat to MS also.
But same word from Tata "No adjustments for less percentage seekers".
You know many guys Join TCS below 50% with BA role and also have very poor communication; even not 2 ways; if u want then see TCS-TTSL/DOCOMO project; than u never say like TCS is best of Asia.
Even I recruited many seekers which really low percentage with his entire carrier but I got quality by them because they really experience plus having that much strength to channelize project from LOW to DOWN.
Don't worry all; this question will definitely will go upto Mr. Ratan Tata. And I have channel line who helping for this and put all such comment to TCS...

for other classes i can imagine someone might get less than 50% in rare case ... but for 10th class ? oh common ...
oh common dude... if someone has even just lower than average IQ ... he could easily get 50% in ur 10th class... and person who didnt get more than 50% in indian education system is surely dumb enough, TCS is right...they should maintain some minimum cutoff like thing
Watch out for this company is all I have to say. They put a virus on Facebook that put a trojan horse on my computer thus gaining all my personal information, including credit card numbers. They charged my account for some bogus product I never received. When I received my credit card statements I called my credit card company to dispute this, they were able to provide all my information on me as if I requested this. I have been dealing with this for over five months!

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR $28.93 and one of $48.87 OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY, AND RECIEVE A REFUND.

my card got charged 23.22 (26.34 Canadian) from EASYCSUPP.COM ... CALLED THE TEL. NUMBER [protected] AND THEY TOLD THEY DID NOT KNOW WHO THIS WAS charging my card. So in order to make this stop. I have canceled my card and I am being issued a new one. because this is not the only charge on my card. There is 250.00 dolars of this chap on my card that should not be there.
