Dear Sir/Madam,
Arpita Mohanty(arpita1.[protected]@tcs.com), is working in TCS, Gurgaon as an Asst. System Engineer for Medco project. But this candidate is a fake candidate. She is having more than 1.5 years of fake experience from BIz Consultancy, Mumbai. But to be honest in that period, she was working in Accel front line Bangalore as a project trainee([protected]) and was staying in Bannerghatta road, Arikere, Bangalore. Before that she was doing Hardware and Networking courses in Zoom Technology, Hydrabad.
She had a bond of 1 year in Accel frontline. But suddenly she left the company with out notice period. Then she joined in PCS technology in [protected]) and worked for project Volvo IT.
She has purchased the fake certificate from BIz Technology, Mumbai by paying some money. When she joined in TCS as per document she had only 10 months of experience. But was showing 2 years and 10 months of experience. Kindly take this issue as a serious issue and take action. If any thing required please contact me. Otherwise you can also check naukri old resume. still it is available there. with the name of accel frontline and BIz Technology, but in that time she was taking coaching in Zoom technology institute for hardware and networking course.

Why are you trying to save yourself. What ever you will write here it will not be affectible. Cause once tcs will start verification you can't save yourself. Remember, this is a fact. So you can't save yourself. you are spoiling others life by writing some unnecessary things here. Still time is there and try to be good.

Who are going to join with fake experience TCS is the best company...Why I'm saying My friends are working in TCS past 2 years they joined with 4+ fake experiences with Proxy interview... One of My friend have genuine Experience But he don't have PF account He got BGV Negative in TCS...

TCS also has a bunch fools who thinks that they are masters as if they didn't set with any fake or some from fake experience background, but it luck runs by the brand. 99% jobs in sap consultant re only recruited the experienced, freshers gets now chance but very very rare, then you become sap consultants with 10years or 20 years or 25 years of experience and so on. Even if there is working capacity as sap or ERP architect or sap project manager, or sap director, he was a fake at his beginning of his career in sap field
India IT is full of girls with fake experience and still they can manage it due to morally currupt employees let them continue for various favours. Indian IT is a mprally filthy mess.
There are many institutes that train and place and many run payroll. This filth of society is the making of software company itself. Do not expect them to solve it

Please don't put someones name with these govt id proof...You spoiling someone's career of this candidate, who is not showing fake experience as per contact with the companies. We have google's blacklist global data where this candidate is perfectly in safe zone. Also HR do Background Verification with there BG team. You are legally wrong and candidate can instructed to File an FIR so that company can collect IP Address and Information of this mail id.FIR will be issue to you once case will be filed..It is wrong to provide someones wrong/incorrect info and play with there career. As it is also given in the CITE HR terms and conditions clearly. We are HR team and we know our work. We do BG and its perfectly works for us.

Yeah, Now a Days this is a Serious Problem in IT, especially in SAP CRM Stream, The Person who does Master degree and once he comes out he will do SAP CRM trg in Ameerpet and he will Put as 2 Years of Fake Experience Removing his Master Degree, He will Show only his Degree Education and in Place of Master Degree he will Show 2 years of Exp by buying the Exp certificates from some Fraud small companies and by attending thrice or 4 interviews he will get the Job, What a Comedy ::)

We are just informing the companies about the fake candidates, So that other people should get the opportunity, We fell Fake candidates should be black listed here I will give you one simple example to all, one candidate name is: smita lenka DOB: 16/05/1983 PAN NO: AEJPL6937L
PASSEDOUT YEAR: 2007 only worked for 8 months in yana software from may 2013 to jan 2014 that to they removed this candidate as they came to know she is fake with the help of us (They ruined her salary but she edited her salary slip) and it also merged with other company still this candidate showing all exp. Which are fake from 2008 to till date now selected by some other company in hyderabad. with good salary but here my question is how you guys are selecting at list joining time you should ask for all previous form 16 if not at least bank statement and after that do the verification for the same. Requesting all of you that such type of candidate should be black listed otherwise it will affect the new generation. They will stop study and will depend on fake certificate or will depend on this kind of fake person so that they will give him/her way to become fake.
Note: We have all the prove with us and please do the verification for all previous companies bank statement, form 16
Requesting you all to black list this candidate so that she can know what is truth.

I heard that there is a saying " If you point a finger on others, four fingers point at you" so, take this proverb into mind and behave yourself. I am here by drawn your attention to one of the Fake company that is "Valid Page " that has been run from Ducat Institute, A-43, Sector -16, Noida-201303 . These people will answer all the verification calls for this company from their Noida institute . There is no such company exist . These people provide certificates from bogus companies are quite rampant. Not only are such fake certificates available for a meagre Rs 15, 000 to Rs 20, 000, these bogus companies even have people who answer calls and verify information during background checks.
There are almost most of the employees recruited in TCS in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (at Noida Office ) have been working on this fake company (Valid Page)experience . TCS needs to take an action against them asap otherwise it seems that TCS will be giving motivation to the Fake companies
How could we complain we complain fake experience person in Merril Lynch, New Jersey, USA. There is one person who is not really efficient enough in doing the things. He has zero experience on Business Works. But he kept 4 years of experience in Business works. He just took the help of the director and project manager(his friends) to open a job opening for him and he is now at Vice President title at BOA. There are many persons who are waiting for the job. I would like to escalate this so that they can investigate.

when a person unable to get a job in IT industry then he choose company like TCS, every engineering student and employee know about it, like interview process, , technical questions, TCS just spoiled life of real talented people by giving a job and put them on bench even some people get project after 2 year of joining . one thing i like to say that TCS is not allowed most of IIT as my experience in iit bombay(mtech, cse, 2nd year) . so if you want join as a faky choose a good company and prepare well about your domain and technical knowledge.
i would like to tell some scenarios there are many candidates who worked years in companies and when they want to relieve from the company will not relieve and will not give experience letters? what about them?
2)in x company i quarreled with the manager thats manger mistake and after some days with out notice he send out from the company?then i can not move to courts i dont have such money to do all the stuff
3)the companies takes me by telling development project and they kept me in support?
4)the company takes me for x technology which i am interested but they will move to other then?
5)bank statement why should i give my personnel property to company?
6)some companies fire in recission so how can i fill the gap?
7)the company wants meto join in only 15 days but my notice period is 3 months then?
like this there are 1000s of problem from candidate perceptive who will answer these all
the govt has to follow some standards to do all and if company takes a candidate weather he is fake or genuine they need to keep as promises made and if they want to do any verificaton they have to dobefore offerletter release?

Can you suggest me how we can reveal the fake to the company? He works for Oracle SSI with fake, provide any mail ID which is related to this company.
TCS is a no one company in India. they will not delay in back ground verification. also sometimes luck helps a lot to save the candidate.
There is another candidate in TCS chennai, her name is Roopalakshmi. she got 2 yrs of fake experience ceritificate from BAPI Technologies. eventhough she was sacked from CTS as they found the fake certifate she got posted in TCS. hope it means TCS shouldnt have a storng BG check.
I also sent the details about 2 fake experience candidate to ritu.anand@tcs.com.But I didnt get any confirmation mail from her.Even they are working in TCS last 4 years.But they joined with 3 years fake experience. Will they remove these candidate or not? If suppose they remove these candidates how we can get to know it

I have written the complain as she was my childhood enemy. I want to destroy her life by saying all the story. I know nothing will happen she is right in her place. Please withdraw my complain as dont want to continue enemy relationship with her. I have gien interview 2 times in TCS, but unable to get in to it. So I have decided that I'll remove her from TCS. But I was totaly wrong. Now I am developing a very good project. I am haapy in my life. Let's dont distrub other's life. Leave her to live happily. Thanks-Manasa

Fake candidate should be fired from the company. As they don't have the originality and talent to sit in this position. Thans manasa for your information. This issue has been reached to HR department. We will take care of the same.
