I knew that it was too good to be true when I saw the prices but still decided to give it a try. I've ordered 5 different items from TBDress, but unfortunately none of them fit properly. Firstly they were made in China and got sent separately and sizes were ridiculously small. Clothes I received looked like they were made for children. It's a complete scam! Don't want anybody to have to lose their money like I did. I threw all the clothes to the garbage bin and will never order anything from this website again!

Don't ever deal with this scam company! I ordered something from TBdress in early January and never received a confirmation email or my tracking number. When I contacted their customer service and asked about my tracking number they promised to send me it right away, but they never did. It is now late February and I have no idea what is going on with my order, I don't even know whether it was shipped or not. So, if you don't want to waste your money then avoid this company and don't ever order anything from them!

I purchased a lovely coat from TBDress online store. I received a payment confirmation email and tracking number. I ordered two weeks ago and my order is still processing. I emailed their customer service regarding the status of my order, but received no response. Then I sent them another message and asked them to cancel my order, and they finally responded. They said that they could not offer me a refund and gave me a $10 discount coupon on my next purchase. Genius! I paid over $100, and all they can offer is a $10 coupon! I have emailed them again cancelling my order. We'll see what happens next.

I ordered 2 jackets from TBdress. When I received my order I was super disappointed since nothing fit! I ordered M size jackets, but the ones I receives were extremely small! Not to mention that I've ordered long sleeved jackets, but sleeves were short. Those jackets looked more like t-shirts. There is a huge difference between what is shown on their website and what they actually sell. So I decided to return the products and get my money back. But when I contacted customer service they said that there will be no refunds or returns. So I actually lost over $80 for nothing.

I had a terrible online shopping experience with Tbdress. I purchased a dress and received it in reasonable time. But the size was incorrect and the quality was extremely poor. The dress looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website. So I decided to return it and get a refund. I contacted customer service but they were not helpful. They said they could return only 40%. But first I had to send the dress back to them and only then they would give my money back. How is that even possible? It is not fair for me to pay 60% for this dress! I even called them several times, but they ignore all my calls! Avoid this company !

Before I place the order, on 12/04/15, I checked carefully the seller's processing and shipping times, since I needed the items before Christmas. It was supposed to take no more than 17 days all together. By the sellers website one item was shipped in the tame frame, the second one was shipped 8 days late and it took 5 weeks to get it and the 3th one they refused to ship because I've opened a Paypal dispute.
The coat I did receive it is a totally different size that what I ordered (and I checked their size chart) : the measurements are 8" (waist) and 4" (bust) bigger so is no way I can wear that. They offered me a $2 refund to fix it myself?!
Now, 1 1/5 month later they still didn't ship the 3th item and they won't because I'm not closing my Paypal dispute.
I did try to review my order on their website but looks like they post just the good reviews.

This company is a real nightmare! I purchased some items from TBdress few months ago. Items they sent me were absolutely horrible. Their product quality is very poor and clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures they have posted on their website. It also took them two months to deliver, but information on their website sates that shipping time is approximately 14 days! Also the sizes were incorrect and everything I received was too small. TBdress customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They give no refunds, even if the product arrives damaged. These guys are thieves that stole my money! I think that all the positive reviews about them are fake!

I purchased some clothes from TBdress. Actually the delivery was surprisingly quickly, it took only two weeks. First thing that made me angry was that my package was delivered to my neighbor and there was no notification about it. Luckily I have honest neighbors, so I did receive my order. When I opened the package and took out the clothes, I realized they were extremely small, probably at least 2, or even 3 sizes smaller. Although items looked fine, they definitely differed from the pictures advertised. It's like someone has seen the picture and tried to recreate the item, but not very well. I think I'll never receive my money back, so I'll just donate everything. Very disappointing experience.

Tbdress does not have a real customer service phone number! So it is impossible to call them in case of any questions about your order. Sending emails is also useless, you will ever get a reply fro a real rep.You will get only a copy and pasted robot responses. And never pay extra money for shipping. It'll take months before you receive anything. And it's only 50% that you will ever receive your order. I ordered my item three months ago, paid extra for quick shipping, but still nothing! I have demanded a refund, but heard nothing from them. Basically I lost over $100.

My wife purchased a dress from TBdress. When it arrived the quality was extremely horrible quality and the size was also wrong. Their return policy says that customer has 15 days to return an item. But that actually is a lie. I contacted customer support and told I wanted to return the dress back since it was horrible. I sent the dress back to them and they said they'd refund me only 5%! After talking again they offered me 10%. Then they said they'd give me 20% back! What is wrong with these people? Anyways, I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute.

I ordered three costumes from tbdress.com for my sisters surprise birthday party. I paid about 415$ and received a confirmation email the next day. Few days later I got another email from them. That new message informed me that total amount was not 415$ but 715$ for some reason. Anyway it took them about 10-15 days to ship the dresses. As I got the dresses I realized these were not the dresses that I've seen in the pictures. The fabric was cheap, the sizing was not right, one was too big, another was too small. It was terrible. I emailed them saying I want to return the dresses, they said they will refund only 50% of my order because of the reason they couldn't explain. I wrote emails and spent over 50$ on my phone bills (because I was calling to China) no one explained me the reason of the partial refund. Even thou partial refund isn't mentioned anywhere on their website they said this is how it works and I sent the dresses back. Customer service is a big ZERO! They don't get back to emails, on the phone they repeat the same stuff not listening your question. Overall it was a terrible experience. I shipped the dresses and didn't get the refund yet. So hopefully I will get at least 50% back. I do not recommend the website! AT ALL! Horrible experience!

Ordered four items from this company for my anniversary. They shipped me four completely different items. I ordered lingerie, they shipped my four XXXL sweaters. Filed a complained with PayPal and sent Tbdress.com about 16 emails with pictures of wrong items. They keep asking for more emails with pictures. Not sure if they understand English, or just playing games. Sent them a picture of the parcel label number, they reply with what is the address on the label. Sent a group picture, and then individual pictures of items showing the WP#, yet they send about fives after that asking for the WP#. The address is clearly shown in the picture, and each picture clearly shows the WP#. This company is a SCAM.

Refund Request from TB Dress The following emails/correspondence have been sent to TB Dress in an effort to obtain a refund for the items purchased. I have sent several emails to TB Dress both on their site, as well as the email address provided ([protected]@tbdress.com) on their website. To this date, I have not received any responses in regards to resolving this matter. According to their instruction for a refund, you have to wait for them to provide instructions to even obtain the return address for refunds. I attempted to return the package anyways and was told that I could not ship the item back. At this time, I am out of $200 for both orders that are ill fitting. The sizing is way off and I have requested refunds for both orders, but have not heard anything from TB Dress. All I am asking for is a refund, which as a consumer, I feel I am entitled to. The items don't fit and I have asked for a refund. One of the items were sized as one size fits all. I wear a size (6-8) and couldn't even get the garment up my legs. The second order was ordered in a size 10 to prevent the same thing from happening, and I still can't fit the dress. The sleeves are too short, neither are they tapered as shown in the picture. I also can't even zip the dress up the back, as it is too tight under the arms and around the back(not the breast area). The events I ordered the items for is next week and there is no way they can send the items in time. When I went to review it, it stated that there was no complaint or dispute filed. I ordered this dress because I really needed it for a formal event. I even paid almost $50 for shipping and handling to get it. Upon receipt of the dress, the sleeves were too short and not tapered like the picture. I even ordered the dress 2 sizes bigger to ensure that it would fit, and it is still too little around the back and arms of the dress. The sleeves are also too short! I complied perfectly with the return policy and spent a lot of money to return the item, expecting a refund which they refused. Also, when ordering multiple items, the colors and even patterns do not always match. The quality is usually shoddy. At first they said no refund, then they offered 40%, then 60% which is as high as I got.
They claimed the dress could not be resold since it was handmade which is obviously not true.
It was in perfect unworn condition with the tags in the original packaging and returned immediately upon receipt.This is an unethical company with horrible business practices and terrible treatment of their customers.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THAT SITE! I purchased a long evening dress that was supposed to be custom made for me. It came with 7 inches wider waste and 14 inches longer. Not even mentioning the poor quality of the materials it was made of. Even if it was fitting well would still look cheap even though I paid 180$. And the worst of all is that apparently they have the right to refuse to accept back the item if you decide to return it. So I'm still fighting over emails to get at least some of my money back, but all I got from their team so far is arrogant responses like "take it to a tailor shop for altering" and "we can't refund more than 40% of the value of a custom made purchase"

How do we even allow companies like this to do business here? Total RIP OFF! When you order from the website, it doesn't tell you this company is in China and that the clothes actually have to be "made". It took over 8 weeks to receive. Absolutely not even close to what I ordered. This "XL" coat wouldn't fit a 5 year old. The measurements on their website mean absolutely nothing. It's not even a coat... it's a sweater... I think... it's a RAG! See pictures below. Thank God my credit card company agreed! Run as fast as you can away from this company!

Beware - this company is a scam and they will con you out of as much money as you are willing to invest in clothing. They will not respond. They are horrible. I spent weeks fighting with them and never received my order. You can find the same clothing except in good condition from amazon.com. Save yourself the aggravation. It is never going to work out. They accused me of not paying and made me send copies of my credit card and evidence of payment over and over. Now i worry they are going to steal my identity.

I ordered a dress, "delicate off the shoulder dress with half sleeves". . . They just shipped to me a "sweetheart dress" with no sleeves. . . Not what i ordered. Plus the size is so small, i couldn't even put my head through the dress to see about the style. I am so upset at the moment. I have contacted them, and no resolution as of yet. I am ready to dispute the charges that i paid, plus expedited shipping charges to my credit card. I will not pay for what i didn't order.

I placed an order (a dress and a jumpsuit) at this site on the 12th March.

On the website it clearly stated 4-8 days shipping.

I needed the order by the 26th March, plenty of time to receive it.

Emailed customer service 3 times, and no answer, got a tracking number for the jumpsuit but not for the dress.

Went on their website, where it says they offer professional customer service, so I went on their live chat, but they once again ignored me and told me their too busy.

I then rang the company on the 25th March, and lady told me the dress had not even been shipped!
I wanted to cancel the dress, as I needed it for the 27th March, they said they can cancel, but they will not give me the refund for the cost of the dress.

Worse service, I have come across.

I ordered size six dresses in size large, what I received were dresses equal in size to a size five or less. I want a refund, but the company won't answer the emails to instruct how to return the items. They instruct you to take them to a tailor and have them altered to fit and they will reimburse you up to 10% of tailoring charge. They also tell you you can't return the items unless they give you permission. I paid $38.00 for postage. There is not enough material in the seams to alter the dresses to make them fit.
