BUYER BE WARE! I truly wish I had done my homework. I bought a mother of a bride dress...suppose to be a happy occasion, right?!. Dress came with defective zipper, poor quality fabric and stitching. Not what I was (or thought I was) buying. Tried to return it. Got multiple emails from TBDress telling me "Oh no, you no want to report us"..., even sent pictures, and told them I would be reporting them to PayPal, Better Business Bureau, Etc. Had the gaul to tell me... "Oh that not what you want to do."... " We work out between us, "... " you go get zipper fixed and all be OK right?!?" Now only get there bogus dress sale emails to add insult to injury. WHAT A FLIPPIN' SCAM! Sadly I had not checked all the complaints and reviews about them. Can't believe they are even allowed to do business! Totally CORRUPT! Totally a scam company. Take a look for yourself on You tube or just search TB Dress Reviews. So sad the advantage they take of all those looking for a special dress for that special day. Brides, bridesmaids, mother of brides, ladies going to prom, , , this is the LAST place you want to order a dress from...BUYER BE WARE!

SO, I had to buy a dress from this website through someone else. I looked at the size chart she sent me from the website, and I chose a size 14. My dress arrives, and I try it on, and the dress does not fit in the bust. I get in contact with the customer service, and the person stated that because I "chose" the wrong size it was NOT their problem. They also stated that you have ONE WEEK to return the item in question, and that because the order was made a month ago they didn't have to handle my case! WHAT THE HECK! WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No refund, not even part of my refund. The dresses were purchased in the Beginning of August, I did not receive the dress until the beginning of September. No time for me to return the dress and receive a different size ( even though I paid for the dress to be sent within 6 to 8 days). On top of that the dress DOES NOT look like the photo AT ALL! I am out of 70 bucks and stuck with a dress that doesn't fit me... I WIL NEVER, EVER, EEEEEVVVER do business with this company! They are a scam! They are a rip off! They NEED to be shut down! Please don't waste your time or money! Good thing I can sew and alter, maybe I can use the dress for something else in the future, but because it doesn't fit in the bust... that's probably not going to happen :-(

I ordered a Wedding dress and 2 bridesmaids dresses from the above site... The wedding dress I ordered is not the same as the one on there website.. As for the bridesmaids dresses - I ordered purple and they sent me light plum... this is what they sent me today..

As to the sub-order, with the color differences, we'd like to offer you $50 discount for you, and because there is no any quality problems just for some color differences, so it also beautiful, so we kindly suggest you receive the dress because as to the color difference, because the color difference is normal and unavoidable if there are make in different time even though we can make another one for you, we still cannot sure the color is correctly what we shows.and the color you receive is really purple, which just a little lighter than the color shows, so we kindly suggest you receive the dress and accept these two dresses. this is for my bridesmaids dresses... these people are in China... Via email i have dealt with Eric, Beenle and Burharin... I honestly thought I was purchasing my dresses from an American site... I was told that these people copied another site about a year or so ago... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR FROM ANOTHER SITE DRESS FIRST..

I ordered 3 different dresses from this company for my daughters for our wedding. They were supposed to be royal blue and came in teal (beware because they state teal is royal blue wherever these dresses ae made!) all have zippers that do not do up all the way! The first dress has the chiffon layer in the front hanging down low in the front...looks ridiculous and unable to wear or get fixed! The second one has big blobs of thread in knots at the ends of the chiffon edges and the third dress is so super short it hardly covers my daughters butt! They were all supposed to be 31 inches from unger the arm to the bottom of the dress, this one is not even 31 inches from the top of the shoulder! None of them looked even close to pictures on the website! This company refuses to accept dresses back, fix them or refund any money and also stopped returning emails. Do not order from them! They offered me a discount on future orders...as if anyone would order from them again!

I ordered two dresses from TB DRESS http://www.tbdress.com/ - it was completely different from what they show on their website. I called to complain and send a return but no one picks up the phone anymore. They refuse to take the dress back and refund me. The second dress has not arrived yet - it's been almost a month. I strongly recommend NOT TO buy from this company, and file a complaint where possible, so websites and retailers like this can be shut down immediately, and protect consumers from being cheated.

I ordered a dress from TB Dress and never received my dress. I tried contacting them via email but no response. I decided to go online and look up scams and that website was there and people complaining that website is a scam. I paid $98 for a dress it was debited from my acct the next day and I never received a status on my order. I cant believe with all these complaints this website is still up and running and scamming people. Something needs to be done about this!

i had bought a dress from this company and once i received this it was nothing like the pickture they had advertized on there wbesite, i had emailed the company for a refund as i was so disatisfied from the dress and the money i had spent they keep sending me the same email every time i try to get an answer on my refund and blow me off i am really tired with the lack of response and co-operation from the company after spending $100 on the dress plus to get made and delivery = $136 au i would really like some one to help me get my money back as the producted advertized is nothing like the items customers are receiving me included

Disgraceful! TB Dresses should NOT be allowed to continue to operate! This so called company have treated me absolutely appallingly to say the least! The dress advertised on their website that i paid good money for is definitely not what I received. As soon as receiving this dress for a formal occasion I had coming up, I cried as it was beyond words to describe just how poorly it was made and how completely different it was on their website. I took photos, as they ask for evidence to prove the item was faulty and to compare it with what I had ordered. It was more than enough to prove the dress was completely unacceptable. All I kept hearing from TB Dresses was 'it's a nice dress, at a super price' try it on to feel the real experience ' I asked to return the dress and they told me I couldn't without permission, so I asked for permission and they told me it was refused! What an absolute joke! What kind of company are they? Consumers can not be treated like this, something needs to be done! I am out of pocket a lot of money because of this company. The thing that really hurts is they are ripping innocent people off daily and no one can stop them. We all need to stick together and bring this company down and make other people aware. No one should be treated like this- how dare they!

Although I know of two recent dresses made by TB Dress in China, the dress I ordered for my daughter was not made like the photograph and was 8 " longer than it's length without her wearing shoes, which meant that she would have to wear 8" heels. She is 5 foot 8" tall and the dress was 8" longer than that. Because of the design of the dress, it can't be hemmed. The design was different than the picture. There were supposed to be sequins attached to the dress. Instead, the sequins were attached to thin pieces of chiffon which hung separately from the dress. Therefore if there was a breeze, the sequin pieces (about 20) would blow around. It was odd styling to say the least. Because of these separate pieces with the sequins on them, the dress could not be hemmed. So based on the length, someone 6 foot, 4" tall could wear it. The company asked for our consideration because it is "hard" to make the dresses, offered us $10, and said some other obscure, unrelated part of the web site, for a different dress entirely, described how long the dress would be. However in their sizing part of the web site, it said specifically how many inches long from the collarbone the dress would be, and it was much longer than that. They suggested we could sell the dress. NOTE: TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM IS ABOUT $100 FEDEX PLUS $137 IMPORT TAXES AND TARIFFS. Although two dresses happened to work out for a friend, it didn't work at all for me and I lost around $240 after sending it back to them. I should have kept it and tried to sell it, and stopped payment to them as well.

The dress I ordered was NOT the size stated- there was over 3 inches difference what the company stated the measurements would be. I could not zip it up and there was not enough fabric allowance to have it altered. I sent images showing the measurements and they "disagreed" with what my images showed and refused to refund! I have never had the difficulty dealing with a company like I've had with this one, and I've ordered online clothing plenty. The only concession they made was to give me a 'generous' discount of $15 dollars on my next order. It seems you are at their mercy in a disagreement. Believe me, there will be no "next order!" DO NOT BUY from this company! I wish I had done my homework on them, because this seems to be a real issue with them.

DO NOT use TB Dress company. I cancelled my order 14 hours after placing and cannot get a refund - reading reviews the quality is awful - they begged me to still take the dress and that I would be charged 10% of product price less shippling - it hasnt even been made yet. After informing them I did not want the dress, please process my refund - nothing! BEWARE OF SITE

I ordered and paid for a prom dress for my daughter on April 15, 2012. TBDress's website stated that I would receive the dress within 8 days. I have not received the dress, I had to buy my daughter another dress. Prom was last night. I have sent numerous e-mails to TBDress, they state NOW that the dress is finished and if I want a refund, I would only get the s/h back. I unfortunately did not read the return policy or the numerous complaints beforehand. Planning on selling the dress when or if it does arrive. Hope his deters others from getting taken by this co.

Does anyone know how to cancel the dress or a way to get my money back I just bought a prom dress from that company and after all this I have been reading am really disappointed. I bought the dress on Monday 23 and I got the expedite shipping which they charge me more and the said that I would get in 2-5 days but nothing yet. I never thought this was a Chinese company I thought it was from the US, Other thing they sent me an email saying that I could keep on touch with my tracking number and I have been looking in the website and nothing it doesn't say nothing or gives me the tracking number I have call ups and other companies that they ship with but nothing they can't find anything. And the worst thing that my prom is in 2 weeks so please anyone if you guys know a way to get my money back I will really appreciate it

Beware! This company is awful. I purchased two dresses from this place. First dress was hideous. I tried to cancel the second dress because of the quality of the first dress and they wouldn't let me. Even after they failed to deliver the dress within the 30 days, actually it came two months late. Paypal would not let me cancel because it was 45 days past date of purchase. The quality looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. It's so bad it looks like a cheesy costume you'd see for Halloween. I'm $360 out and pissed.

FRAUD Company! Don't order from here! They try to imitate dresses but they come short on the resemblance. If a company that has been doing business for quite a while and has a refund policy like this company, "YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!" No matter what you do. They asked for pictures, they gave me advise to resell the dress to someone else. I guess, I will be at the Sunday's Fleet Market selling their disgusting dress.

i too have been ripped off by tb dress who are not based in USA at all they are from china, i had to chase it to the airport as it was not delivered to my home! when i opened the parcel there were greasy marks on the sleeve of the jacket and it is very badly made with threads hanging out everywhere the seams are very poorly made and basically its a poor copy of the website advertised outfit, their customer services are very rude they only answered me when i was tracking the item, they do not give refunds these people need to be stopped really! I usually check out all online purchases and wish i had for this one but they looked very professional and i loved the picture of the dress and jacket, it does kind of look similar to it but i certainly would never wear ! please do not buy from them you will be disappointed and out of pocket! i would send a photo but i am unable to load more than 2mb

This company is a total scam. I ordered a dress in December of last year. It arrived but was ill fitting. The return policy is extensive and difficult. I completed each and every requirement posted on the list of returns. I then was offered first $35 then $50 to keep the dress. I refused and was given permission to return the dress. I sent the dress back and heard nothing. Finally Tide Buy emailed me and told me I was not a customer and my receipt number did not exist. I now have no dress and no refund.

Dress was a total scam. Here is a pic of what we ordered ($300) and what we received. Do not buy from this company. You will be sorry! Your only recouse will be opening a dispute with your credit card company. Beware!

Don't buy from a site called TB dress. It's a scam. First of all it takes them forever to sen you the dress. According to their site it takes 22 days, when it actually takes 60 days. Once you get the dress you will cry! The dresses are suuuuper cheap, poorly made, mine was stained, and the sizes are completely off! You will hat it. The cheapest dresses I have ever seen in my life. Not worth it at all.
