twice i made a call for my aunt to catch a cab using this service called taxi transportation service in DC the first time i arranged for my aunt to catch a cab to the hospital she had an appointment for her heart monitor because her monitor was shocking her and they did not show up when i call to let them know the person that answer the phone told me that they showed up and no one came out. i ask them why didn't they call her to let her know that they were out they waiting for her .so when i tried calling them to get her another cab they keep disconnecting me so she could not keep that appointment and that was on august the 11, 2008 then august 12 my aunt have another appointment at the same hospital she used the same cab company the cab came this time but she stop breathing and her aide call the fire department and the came so the cab driver got mad and told the aide that she had to give him some of my aunt money for a cab. so she call me and i told him no because it was intense so i call the manger and told her what happen and said that my aunt will not be using they cab company any more so she said that they received all calls and that my aunt number will be block from all cabs in washing ton DC
