Said they needed account for contract to be reviewed. I chose not to retain the services by phone and email. They took $500.00 out anyway and claimed they had a signed contract. Then they said they would give it back. I have this in writing and recorded. Complaint filed with BBB and sent registered letter of demand, next is Small Claims Court for civil and possibly criminal. Sales girl said she was a Christian and owner graduated from Texas A & M. My, My, My. Where is Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot on this one?
