I existing customer of Tata landline and internet sevice. The internet servive provided by the Tata is pathetic. TATA Group is like Indian politicians they don't give what they promise. I have made several complaints about the poor internet service but there is no positive response. So I have decided to discontinue the service. For that also I tried calling customer care on 67908000 but after a half an hour wait also nobody came on the line. I have sent E-mails regarding the issue but no response from their side. Really PATHETIC service. This way TATA is only going to loose customers. Also I feel the NANO car they have launched will be super flop (as they don't give what they promise). So I suggest all Indians if u have any other alternative than TATA go for other option but for TATA. This is my personal experience with the phone, internet and also with TATA indca which I sold off.
