For the last few week max channels are not coming.Given a missed call on there help line no.0-[protected]
too on 03-04-2015, but till now no response.yet i want an immediate action..few week back also same problem was persists..
Really unsatisfied by there service.. there help line is always busy [protected]).

tatasky service is very poor.since last week my tata sky digicomp is not working properly.I don't know whether it is the problem of my digicomp or signal problem, but i had complaint to tatasky about this matter since last evening but they had not yet responded (called back) to me yet.

we have been trying to contact tata sky people since 29th June for the replacement of digicom and every time their executive and senior executive assuring us to change the same, but till 2nd July'11 by evening it has not been replaced, It is sorry state of affairs of such a reputed company, where they are not providing services to its customers.

my id no [protected] in the name of sanjeev jain paid rs1899/- on26/8 at 8.32a.m ensure me to install within 4hrs but till today no reponse comes from tatasky executive it gives me very bad experience and a feeling gives in my mind that you misguide your customer for taking business which is not good for the company.

VENU THAT WE AREA WORKING COUPPLE AND CAN GET THE THINGS DONE AFTER 7.00 PM. THEY ARE CALLING IN OFFICE HOURS AND TELLING WE ARE REACHING YOR HOME. IF WE EXPLIN, THEY ARE MISBEHAVING THE ENGINEERS NAMES ARE DEEPAK, DHEERAJ. I THINK THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAMES OF TATA GROUP.

i have logged a complaint to tata sky help desk on 06 .07.09 and i have received instant message in my mobile the complaint no was 1-[protected] and the service engineer number was also there but there is no response at all and till date and time no ody has taken effort to get it resolved, i feel like saying TATA to TATA SKY.

i rechrgerd my tatasky on sep-2008, the pakage was for seven months, 3 days before it shows the message that "tata sky digicard is unautherised", hence we recharged for 7 months, more 2 month is left to recharge it again

My Tata Sky subscription id is [protected]. One drop of rain and puff it goes off! I have already sent in a written complaint to them but no one has attended to it. I also agree with the others that the basket of services offered by Tata Sky has been diminishing every month and it makes me wonder whom they are fooling...

I have a dish with one main and two baby connections.My ID No. is [protected] and I have a balance of Rs.5712/76 to my credit. Suddenly they stopped airing Sports Channels like Espn, Star Sports., etc., My efforts to get in touch with them over phone were in vain. My emails received only auto responses. Hence, Tata Sky should resume airing the channels as they have already been paid for nearly a year.

I am sorry to see the service of TATA SKY - they are degrading the brand TATA SONS- the service is pathatic - no trained people- not adhering to SLA-i am planing to sue them so that they cannot do the same to others- guide me to reach to consumer forum and to make the problems from TATA SKY known to public so that they can ban the service

Tata apparently does not care if their systems are down and will still charge you for the days you were not able to watch your TV. Also their customer service reps are probably guided in hanging up on customers whose issues they are not able to resolve with their "incompetence".

What a pathetic piece of service. I will discourage any one to subscribe to their horrendous service.

I have had direct tv for over 15 years and this company is still charging an lot of money for someone who is retired and only on social security. I am very very unhappy and do not know how they can say they have top customer satisfaction when they do not with me.

my tatasky sub id is [protected]. I am also facing the problem of no signal for the past 9 days. Even after numerous follow ups and numerous calls to the customer care, the problem is still not resolved. Every time I call up the customer care I get a a very generic answer that the problem will be resolved tomorrow. But for the Tatasky people tomorrow never comes. The customer care would generate a new work order and their technician in field would close the work order even without visiting and I am suffering in the midst of all these.

RELOCATION OF TATA SKY SERVICE.
AS PER THE ADVICE OF THE CONCERNED PERSON PAID CASH Rs.500 IN MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT----([protected]) IN THE NAME OF Mr. RANDHIR SINGH.
WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 1 DAY. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND HAVING GIVEN THEM NO OF DEAD LINE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. THEY SEEM TO BE IN NO MOOD TO DO IT.

I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND IF NOT INSTALLED .

Sub- Feedback on the service. Please forward it to the appropriate person

I've been using tata sky for a couple of years and initially the service was good but lately the service

standards have really fallen. What is even worse is that there is no proper feedback mechanism in place. I

have called up the customer service a couple of times and sent mails and was assured that the feedback

would be taken into consideration but nothing has changed. It seems that you are not bothered even tough

there is more competition now!

A couple of points which may help you in retaining old customers:

1. Exorbitant prices for a large number of channels which I do not watch. Why do you not have a la carte

channel pricing or atleast let the customers create there own bouquet of channels rather than taking a

base pack and then the various add-ons. I have paid as high as Rs. 400 per month even though I only have

10-15 channels which I regularly watch. Since you have cleverly spread the 'most watched channels' into

multiple add-on packs (sports, entertainment, new launches etc.). Do you have any idea about your

competitor's pricing? This would clearly not work for you in the long run.

2. Very difficult to get in touch during signal disruptions/bad weather. If there is even light rainfall,

windy conditions etc. the channels blackout. Which may be understandable for a while but for a few hours?

During this time it is very difficult to get in touch with the customer helpline.

3. Increase the number of call center executives. A toll free number, real time chat service on the

website. A faster loading website. For people who have to hold for over 3 minutes arrange a call back.

4. More transparency overall.

We had relocated from Mumbai to Bangalore and had relocation of Tata Sky connection, the concerned tata sky agents adressed our relocation issue in 2 days following which we had certain issues with the adapter. We raised a complaint for the 1st time on 28th july, when they said that, they would fix this issue between 12.45 to 1. which they never turned up. we again called in the customer care, when they said that our prob;em will be resolved in 2 to 4 hours. we did not receive any response nor calls from both customer care or the service enginneers. we again called them the next day and they said that the issue will be resolved soon and it came as suorise that the engineer who never called us indicated falsely that, he had contacted us and we asked them to come tomorrow which was never the truth. They never called us. Inspite of our regular follow ups, we still have not got the adapter replaced as we are completing the 5th day of our lodging the complaint. We have been harassed mentally and we could not attend to our work and office because of their ireegular and false schedules. We have made phone calls which would have ended up more costlier than the adapter which would cost rs 125.00. I am not sure what should I do. I request if somebody could take necessary actions against them for their lack of services, negligence.

Tata sky gives a very poor service.while installing tataskyu they took more than 15 days .Now i m facing some signal issue with my tata sky box, i had registered a complaint and calling them from last 3 days.but no one from there side visited my premises.The toppings on there service is the behaviour of call centers person, they will hang up th phone if they don't know answer even the seniors gives you the wrong commitment.
It's spoiling a big brand name of TATA .Please never use any tata product ...don't go on there advertisement that they will solve the problem with in a hour... My tata sky issue in not yet resolved .

Hi I called sky to day to add Hd to my multi rooms I was told I could have one for £49 POUND but if i wanted to change all 3 rooms to multi room it would be £547 pound. this I found to be well over priced. I was then told i could have it for £277. pound still well over the odd. 1 Box for £49.00 pounds so 3 should be £142 pound, s so were is the extra cost making it up to the first price of £547 pound a diffrence of £405 pound then £277 pound a diffrence of £130.pounds how is this pricing worked out by sky are you just out to rip your customers off. I THINK THIS IS SOMETHING I WILL LET THE PRESS NOW ABOUT AND ALL THE WEB SITES I CAN ABOUT THIS SKY RIP OFF OF IT CUSTOMERS . I AM Discusted in sky Alan Moore

I too had pretty bad experience with tata sky relocation services. When I first made the call for shifting connection I was told that de installation and re installation will be done immediately. De installation is done but re installation was never attended. After repeated requests and loosing lot of time and temper, after 10 days some customer care person called and said that they regret for inconvenience and engnr will deputed immediately and will be doing re installation free of cost . Next day Engnr turned up and said an amount of 500 rs will be charged for extra wire beyond the 12 mtrs. I don’t understand why they dupe customers like this over phone and ask for money on the field. I was actually annual mega pack subscriber and got fed up with these kind o service and decided to cancel conn at the loss of 3 months still due subscription. Probably I think TATAs are making profits like this. I request every one to think twice before they take TATA sky conn.--- Manoj Kumar P

tata sky does not have too many add on packs coz some people choose starting package with add on but in tata sky u must go for maximum package and also manage add ons it doesnt have subscription offer i suggest people to buy airtel

What was your mode of payment did you get an acknowledgement for the same since it is a payment related issue you need to contact the customer care to pull up your details. I have experienced Tata Sky to be a good product with good after sale service the CC would be in a better position to help you out.

Yes indeed I tried calling the customercare and they were really helpful. Once I came across an instance wherein the engineer arrived late but this was due to traffic so we shouldn't always be blaming and my problem was resolved.

Comments above are totally incorrect. The channels don't stop anytime, the logo does not comes down on the screen and neither does the box hang in 15 sec.About the magnetic waves destroying your TV tube is total non-sense. Do you have any proof of this? don't write such comments in the future without any proof. You may be sued by Tata sky.

** Any channel STOP anytime, start asking money for it.
** a logo of tata SKY comes down to screen always, interupting your view.
** As soon as you start TV, tata box hang out for 15 seconds, showing Tata sponsored advertisements.
** A eight digit number always flash, anoyying your TV views every time.
** The magnetic waves of set topbox, destroys ur Tv picture tube, complained by many users of TATA sky. came in times also.
** They manipulate recharge vouchers according to them, you cant appeal also .
** No postal address on Tata sky website, nor given by call centers, where you can lodge your complaints in written.

P.S. - A wonderful thing about the toll-free number - [protected] - First they make you hold for a long time then an executive finally comes online and by the time you have explained your issue there is a prompt - "Sorry the maximum time for this call has lapsed." It is time bound - not solution bound. So much for customer service!

I am facing this problem from last 12 days.
I have recharged my account on 6-7-09
Tata sky customer care doesn't replying anything about my complain,
already 5 engineers are visited to our house.
No one was knowing any thing they told now sineear engineer will visit our house,
but no one had visited our house I am facing this problem from last 12 days.
I didn't get any responce from tata sky this is too much this is our last communication with tata sky
& then I would have to take more crusial steps & even have to say: "TATA" to TATA SKY
This is too much I wont immidiate reply from tata sky

Rain disrupting the service is true for all DTh .. however it only happens during heavy showers tht too for a couple of seconds.. and am surprised that u feel tht their services are diminishing coz every now and then they have something coming up.. they have new active channels and have ongoing offers for showcase movies as well..

These guys are no less than beggars...I / we had have a free subscription of super saver value pack including ESPN / START and TEN SPORTS for 6 month but now they guys changed there policies in the middle of the offer period and now forcing me /us to recharge with a 40 rs/month for a sports platinum package to view these channels... they are thief.

I'm going to sue them for other reasons too as I have 5 faulty boxes replaced one after one within 4 months of services...

I request you guys not to purchase there package of rs 40/month and protest agains them...go for the legal action and tell them we can not be looted anymore...no monopolies.

I guess the TS gays could not take the apparent goodname in the market.
They have suddenly stopped all the good sports channels and many other movie channels and are pushing customers to take some funny package combos.
Their website has stopped working since. Phone is perpetually engaged.
I think this tantamounts to unfair trade practices as well - after people have paid for a certain agreed package, they can't keep changing the structure of packages at their sweet will.
Tomorrow they can remove another 40 good channels and convert them to additional payment packages as well...
