Tata Indicom is the worst service provider in India!

I have purchased a handset from Tata Indicom under corporate benefits on Aug 2007. I gifted it to my wife on Aug 4th on her Birthday. Since that day the phone is not working(activated). I called their customer care and corporate care, mailed them, faxed them but still the services on my phone are not restored.

Sir,
i have a tata indicom postpaid connection under corporate silver plan which i purchased in november 2007 still six months i will not satisfied with tata indicom services towds not reachable of phone & call is miss between talking. i called customer services but the said that the area is not coverable. so i request you to kindly stop this connection & sent me the total bill till date for making your all the payment regarding disconnection of mobile phone. if you can't send me the bill still above period then i will not pay your balance bill amount in extra days for disconnection.

pls do as earliest as possible
