I have been a customer of Tata Indicom "Always On" postpaid plan for one year now. And in that course of time, have had a variety of complaints, which i have listed below (latest complaint first)

1. My connection is currently inactive, and customer service cannot tell me why. The bill due date is 20th Sept, and i have already paid my bill, yet connection is inactive. Complaint has been lodged 2 days ago, no response.
2. As per my usage log, i have downloaded 3600MB of data on a single day, which is impossible. Hence i can conclude that someone (if not the company itself) is bumping up usage to increase revenue.
3. Last month i had downtime of more than 7 days. they have given me a credit of 36 rupees.
4. I have lodged several complaints in the past, none of which have been proactively addressed, and i spend more time and money following it up
5. Billing - Their broadband bill structure is not only confusing, but also prone to changes, and so i have a feeling i have been overcharged several times.
6. Extremely poor customer service: which has no technical access, such as releasing an account on confirmation of payment. Plus they can hardly communicate properly. They also are mostly rude and uncooperative

Going by these, i am yet to figure out a better alternative. BSNL seems much better. But it is sad that TATA is associated with such a pathetic quality of service. Obviously noone is looking at customer satisfaction as a key service differentiator in that company. I would welcome suggestions as to how i go ahead and formally take the above issues up against the company

I would like to share my problem with my Tata. Im sorry if I will mistake or I have mistaken in language any where. But this is the truth that we are suffering from mental harassment from Tata number from the date of activation of my number I have been receiving un-identical calls from Tata subscriber from the no. 9210730801. and the caller using wrong language. Im disturbing if you can do something for then just plz tell me the address or the person's identity otherwise I dont know what Im going to do with my self or with Tata indicom. Plz Im requesting to all Tata members plz find out the person who harassing me from long time.

U can use the tata indicom directory assist to find about that number.. Call up 197 and tell them ur problem and ask for the address of the caller.. I hope this will solve ur problem. Or call up the customer care at 121 and ask them to block calls from this number. I have already used the directory assist. The services are ok there.. But i have not tried calling the customer care and blocking calls.. Its just a suggestion. Pls try it and mail me if it helps u...
