Me and a group of co-workers purchase a coupon from a walk-in telemarketer in our office one day which the price of the coupon was a steal the price was 50$ and you get 300$ worth of services in 5 different visit at this salon in broken arrow Oklahoma, which we asked if they were for real?

So he gave us the number of the salon and we called and asked prior to the purchase if it was a gimmick they said no it is true the coupons are in fact real not a gimmick. So we purchased coupons and some of us 2 or 3 for gift for love ones. Later find out, with no exceptions nonrefundable of the purchase when finding out that the salon was no longer accepting the coupons for the original value. Proclaiming that they made a poor judgement call with the coupons and they would go under if they were to honor the total value and then one of my co workers decided to go in for the visit with the haircut session and discovered the stylist was inexperienced and she kept asking for help from another which mad it uncomfortable and long process so the sole purpose of the coupons were to get 50$ and practice on those people and waste their time to an emotional event that should have never happened. And now I waisted alot of money and never received a service because I'm afraid I'll get jacked up like my co-worker did. The lesson in all this is nothing is what it seems I recommend never assume its what it says either cause not only was I not getting any service with the salon I tried to get in contact with owner and I felt no compassion for the fraudulent act they didn't realize they were supposedly doing to the public.

i under stand the consumer had bought and lost money do to the advertisement I'd be FURIOUS and have every right to be.What was that owner thinking how can a person go to sleep at night knowing that they were fraudulant. I guess there would or could be an underestanding about the buisness going under but yet that not the custumers fault and the attitutude of the owner DID NOT help the situation. WOW!!! That's BAD buisness ...What comes around goes around when you do people that way and BA oklahoma is growing and every one pretty much knows everyone and something like that sticks around awhile. And the way it sounds the owner has no buisness talking to customers if she can't handle the situation does she even know the buisness to be in it does she work there was she practicing on people to. does she do some thing else were does she get her staff? these are questions that a patition and alot of people could be asking in small claimes court. I cant believe the attitude. There should be always understanding..And my understanding is that buisness will go under and and it's the owners fault for her attitude .

I live in broken arrow oklahoma I've actualy went in that shop and was surprised as how buisness was it was slow only a few girls in there on a saturday of all days I assumed staff was sick or something than I got a price sheet and a number to call for an appointment at another time .I got home and was surprised on there prices semmed alittle bit hi for brokenarrow but I assumed you get what you pay for. After a few days of trying to get ahold of some one and leaving messages and with no response I almost gave up because I want to support the individualy owned places to keep the town alive from the corprate owned buisnesses. Finaly I was able to get an appointment. I shouldv't known from the way it was to get an appointment I was wrong to my surprise about my service I was over priced and the girl who did my hair was not confident with herself she was asking advise from another and at time the other stylist had to even show the motions of the hair cut and then basically finished it. How uncomfortable, nervious, and angrey I was cause I knew I was going to pay $36 for my hair cut not to mention I got a color that didn't even turn out the way I imagined it an figured it would look different after it dried well I was wrong.Not to mention when I got home I washed my hair a few times with a clarifying shampoo didn't change it at all I was disappointed and now I see this I know why thangs turned out the way they did there not exsperienced stylist and I don't blaim the girl helping at all because she was realy busy and I assume the stylist doing my hair did the color desicion herself and my hair cut was saved by her other coworker I deffinetly wouldn't recommend that salon they are way over priced for the services I ended up paying $135 for a unpleasent exsperience I'll never go back I was dissapointed...!!!
