I ordered a charger for my Palm Pilot on May 9th. 2008. from these bandits. The charger was $12. and I paid another $13. for 2-Day Air delivery. Well it's May 16th. 2008 and I haven't received anything from these jerks. Then I called them on May 16th. and the voice on the phone states their hours, which are current for when I called but the idiot recorder voice states their hours then says good by. These people have to be taken to task. Nobody with this kind of non-service should be allowed to operate anywhere.
