On 06-17-08 I was billed $109.14 on my credit card for the Antivirus 2008.It was working fine and I was very pleased until today 08-15-08 and now it seems to not be there.
On my bank statment was printed 06/17/2008 32398 POS PURCHASE AT WWW.BILLINTERNET.COM 877-871-7412 WWW.BILLINTERNET
I called 877-871-7412 they asked for my order # and I gave them 32398 and they said they did not reconize it so I selected option #3 on my phone and was told the mail box could not hold any more information ?
Can you help me ? I think that is a lot of money for a 2 month period because it was explained to me that it was to be a one time fee and I thought it would be forever.
